The staff is friendly, very helpful and the atmosphere is positive. The building itself is very clean and the employees make sure that every area is kept to and above standard. Knowing about Covid-19 and experiencing it, it makes you feel safe coming into the office for your appointment because you know that your office team does their part and does it well.

The people there are great but unfortunately the schedule is a hassle. They never have anything available and make you wait months if you reschedule. Deff not flexible at all! Wait 4 weeks for my next set and try to reschedule for the next week and they told me it would be another month to get me in. Not very happy with how they don't work with you.

I started here when it was Monfort and Zwick. I can say that the service isn't even close to what it was when we started here. It's declined more each time I've been in. More so once Dr Zwick left. I wasn't even notified he left. I never would've gone here if it was Smile Dr's in the beginning. The least I deserved was a letter or email saying hey, Dr Zwick will no longer be treating your children. I'm in the process of finding an orthodontist that will take my child mid treatment. I know a dentist that was in the same position as me with them and this dentist agrees 100% with me. I'm gone once I find another orthodontist to take my remaining child that's mid treatment. If you like the big corporate feel then this place is for you. If you don't, go elsewhere.

Took my kiddo to have a consultation for braces and ended up getting them started the same day. Everyone is so very friendly and nice. They take their time to get to know you and made my son feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend them!
