I've been going to this place since I was 14 and always loved how nice and friendly the staff was. A lot of the staff has changed since I've started going and today I went in and definitely felt very unwanted and like it was an inconvenience for them to work with me (mainly by one staff member). She kept on questioning me about the same thing and 100% treated me in an unprofessional way. I'm assuming this is because I'm 18 years old and I guess in her eyes not someone who should be taken seriously. Very odd experience and was disappointed. I'm done with my treatment but still have a year for refinements, so I find it funny how I never got treated like this until my treatment was fully paid for lol. I am never one to leave reviews but this was just ridiculous.

Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They were so patient with my daughter. She was scared for her first appointment but walked out smiling and happy. I would definitely recommend Smile Doctors!

I Love the Friendly Staff at Smile Doctors. My appointments are always a pleasant experience. The newly renovated office in Dahlonega is vey appealing.
