I've been a patient here for 6 months. The staff has always been friendly & accommodating. I've never once waited in the lobby for more than a few short minutes. They were highly recommended by my dentist. I'll be bringing my kids here for sure.

Dr Yu and his staff make you feel at ease in their office. They are efficient and very helpful. They answer all my questions and offer any assistance with the process. They make you feel more comfortable and always greet you with a Smile.

I got my braces here and It was an amazing experience. Great staff and work place. Dr. Yu is super great and super nice! also, Patty is AMAZINGGGGG!!! Every time I go I hope she's there! She is so sweet and always asks how everything is.Visits always go well and I definitely recommend this location.

I moved to Cypress almost 2 years ago from Louisiana. I originally started my braces at the Hammond, La location then later transferred here at the Cypress location. This particular location gives the best experience I've ever received. I want to thank Dr. Yu and his wonderful staff for always going above & beyond ! I highly recommend Ms. Patty to anyone who plans to start their journey with braces ! And I can't forget my front desk crew Stephanie and Vanessa. They are very sweet and friendly and I love how they acknowledge me by name when I enter the door letting me know they've got me checked in ! Makes me feel VIP lol keep being awesome Smiles Doctors at Cypress.

Staff is great! Patty is very experienced, very passionate about what she does. Explained the process to my daughter- age 11 ( she was very nervous). But Patty made her feel confortable after talking to her and explained to her the whole process from begging to ending. Definitely will recommend to visit her and the office at Cypress.

Absolutely love this place, feels like home everyone is so kind and friendly. Vanessa at front desk is extra special receives everyone with a smile, full of joy, never left this place unsatisfied. They explained process and review xrays with you prior to starting out. Always on time and work quick and efficiently. Highly recommend

I had came here for my braces and I had the best experiences ever! Vanessa made sure I was well taken care of and always asked me how my day was going. Also, thanks to Patty for always making sure my visits went well! 10/10 recommend! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT
