Over all a great place. Super friendly. The app could be better updated to be able to schedule appointments as well instead of just canceling. I really think it would be great though if when scheduling an appointment for removing braces patients would be scheduled for retainers as well, instead of telling us after they are removed it is urgent to get a retainer as soon as possible. Most people cannot get off in such short notice as less than a week. That is not good business.

I have no problems with the orthodontist but with his assistants. When it was time for my appointment I was not greeted or had my procedure explained by my tech. The women are very talkative and distracted in their conversations, so I had to put headphones in to drown out their drama. They were talking so much that the technician took her mask off to talk while in my mouth, and then I had to tell her to put it back on!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The doctor is amazing he was very informative with the process for treatment. Hands down a great place!

I gor Invisalign at Smile Doctors in Columbus, GA. My first appointment to see an orthodontist wasn't until week 15 of wearing these aligners. On the day of my appt I arrived on time and the front door was locked. About 20 min later a lady opened the door and told me she was the only one working and no orthodontist was available to see me. I spoke with her about my concern that my teeth are not aligning properly but I did not receive a response that explained how to prevent my top and bottom front teeth from banging together. She also stated that Dr Reynolds no longer works here as he has relocated to Huntsville AL. She said a new orthodontist was expected to start working here soon but she left me feeling there were no guarantees of the new Dr's official start date. Invisalign users have access to an app for weekly progress. I messaged the app asking how to be seen by an orthodontist and explained that my teeth are not aligning properly. No one ever responded to my concerns on the app's message board. This is very concerning to me and I'm left feeling very skeptical about the remaining 6 to 9 months of Invisalign care.

Great experience. After horror stories with dentists and orthodontists before and working in the healthcare field, I am big on kindness, ethics, presentation of compassion, friendliness, comfort, and patience with children. My little girl loves the Columbus, Ga location. Before, I was required to come in and be there the whole time. Now, she wants me to wait away from her and talk to each of them as she walks to the back like they are old friends. The smiles, cohesive team efforts, and great atmosphere make their office more Referable and preferred. THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE KIDS FOR THEIR BRACES!!!

This office in Columbus, ga put my braces on years ago. Since then I have moved over 2 hours away. I made an appointment to have my retainer fixed and after driving 2 hours they tell me when I get there that they can't see me cause water issues. They said they would call me if I was in town for awhile, which I was. However, they never called so I called them and water still wasn't on. They did tell me they had an office in Macon which is only 30 minutes from me. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love everyone in this office Dr. Reynold's is absolutely awesome he has really made a boost of confidence in my self esteem I love my smile & I can't wait to see what my smile looks like when these braces come off. When you walk into the office everyone makes you feel right at home I love Dominique she is so sweet & funny always makes me laugh ! I love Saylor, Lauren, & Chris they are truly asset to the company !

I had Invisalign done, I was really shocked how fast my teeth was moving, I am on my last few trays and my smile is looking great, I will have updates on my perfect smile at a later date.

I love my brace. It was done yesterday. Thank you to Dr. Reynolds and all the staff for the great and excellent job. Everybody is friendly and nice inside the building. Great costumer service. I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend. You will NOT have a say in how your treatment goes. The orthodontist will totally dismiss your wishes although YOU ARE PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT. Also , the Columbus Smile Doctor's office on Bradley Park needs to be remodeled. It is the ONLY Smile Doctors office that I've been to that looks like it was built in 1772 & was never touched again. God Bless
