All of the staff is always friendly. They do an amazing job. The best part is that this is the only dentist or doctor I've ever been to that is actually ready at your appointment time and your not sitting there waiting for 30 minutes.

Everyone is so warm, welcoming and professional. They have a well run office and of course produce some amazing smiles. It's a top notch experience from the consolation to finished product!

DR.WILLIAMS AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT WOODSTOCK AND WALESKA IS PHENOMENAL. These beautiful human beings made my baby feel so comfortable and I very much appreciate them. We just started today; but it doesn't matter ; they all especially Dr.Williams and the beautiful young lady that helped us in financial made the difference for me and my husband and my daughter to proceed. It's such a breath of fresh air to see beautiful human beings . Dr Williams .... We love you and we just started 10/10/22. I hope that we will always have a awesome relationship with you and I do believe we will! Your entire staff is phenomenal!

This is my third child getting braces put on by Dr. Williams and his awesome staff. My (almost) 10 year old was a little nervous, but they answered all of his questions, and the experience was wonderful. Even in the three years since my middle child got his braces off, so much has changed(like not having to do the awful gaggy mold impression of your teeth). Now they can do it with technology. If you want your kid to feel valued, confident, and you (as a parent) want to be kept in the know every step of the way of your child's progress... there's not a better orthodontist around. We love Dr. Williams (Smile Doctors).

I set an appointment and I got there 10 minutes late. I apologized and explained why. Normally a doctor's/Dentist office gives a 15 minute Grace period. I would know I've been in the medical field 10+ years. The front office staff stated they needed to ask if I could still be seen. The entire office was full of Caucasian women. The lady she needed to ask if I could still be seen was a Caucasian woman, the woman took one look at me and said no. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. SHE WAS RACIST AND TURNED ME DOWN. Mind you the waiting room had a couple of other women waiting because the office was running behind.
