Smile doctors was recommended to me by my neighbor. This is one of the best recommendations I've received thus far. The staff was friendly from check in until after after my daughters braces were installed. Jordan made the pricing easy to understand and was so sweet. Definitely recommend this place for your orthodontics needs. Thanks again Jordan and Dr.Waugh & the entire staff.

Very disappointed. Wednesday had an appointment for braces. Mix up again 3rd time but was nice enough to work us in. At 11:30 Molly came out to tell me she was done. While speaking with her it was said she had 6 clear brackets in front and the rest metal. I quickly told her no I paid for all clear she then told me they would have to see my contract nothing noted in her file this was the first lie. Her mouth looked like a clown the 6 clear were white.. They pulled me into a consult room and admitted that yes she was supposed to have clear and yes it was on her file.. Then why the metal and why put her through that pain trying to cheat me. They should have talked to me. My daughter who is a SENIOR was so upset she ran out to the car. They said they would take them off but did not have the clear braces in stock which turned out to be the second lie so out to the car to tell her they would take them off. More pain. Then a miracle happened and they found the braces she was supposed to have but of course they belonged to another patience but they were going to give to my daughter. So after 6 hours she was done. Very unethical place. They kept telling they had changed since my contract was signed. I feel they put the metal on hoping I would not say anything in other words cheating me. of course no one has called me. No one has checked on her. She has missed three days of school with her face swollen and just hurting after two rounds of getting braces on. The 3rd lie was how concerned they were and they were going to call me. Again no one has cared enough to even check on her. Reading the reviews Dr. Waugh seems caring one review said he even gave his phone number. Well all I have to say is very unethical place. Put my daughter through hell and they truly do not care.

My family is a repeat customer of Waugh & Allen Orthodontics. We had the best experience with my older daughter so we brought my youngest daughter here too. A beautiful smile helps with confidence! Dr. Waugh and his staff are friendly and positive; making visits comfortable and safe for my children. I recommend them to all ages!
