They are so nice I absolutely wish I went here instead of my pervious orthodontist but I'm with them now and they are amazing! So much work has been done quicker than with my other orthodontist

We love smile doctors! They are a kind, caring staff. They also thoroughly inform you on what is going on and what's going to happen. We are very thankful our daughter doesn't have anxiety going to this facility and are very patient with their customers. Thank you to an awesome staff!

Love! Love! Love! The ladies in there are AMAZING! They are fun and kind and they love each other. It's a breath of fresh air! The Dr. is knowledgeable and great with my daughter's. Definitely recommend!

This is the place to go if you want customized care from the kindest family friendly people. The fact that many of the same employees still work there since I had braces 8 years ago and still know me by name now that my kids are receiving care says something. Don't look anywhere else, this is the place to go.

My honest opinion is that these doctors are unprofessional, and i cannot recommend even the new one. Front desk is very nice and consistent. I was a patient 2020-2021 for a minor alignment after dental work caused my metal retainer to not fit properly. Reviews saying that the office is cute... never pick a doctor just because it looks nice inside. DO get multiple quotes for your situation and pick a doctor that communicates a detailed treatment plan. It's a big commitment so dont rush into it (ie coupons, same day braces)! *Prices range $4k-14k *Invisalign requires attachments like "glue dots" and your teeth are sanded/IPR on the front top/bottom as a standard practice. There's also rubberbands toward the end of treatment. *It's normal for Invisalign retainers to not fit 100% but i trimmed at home with scissors *Phone often rang even when i called at different times, emergency number was a direct cell phone at the time. You also have the option to call Smile Doctors main branch for emergency questions and advice (good to know)! There's too much detail to write for my personal experience... Hopefully this information helps others make an informed decision! I know at least two other patients/friends who did not have a good experience either, and still trying to finish treatment. I learned side effects for metal & invisalign braces are very real depending on your doctor. Luckily I had no side effects at my childhood orthodontist Grimm for 7 years. With Featheringham and team? --Ignored back teeth gaps which is why i came to them for care --very focused on front teeth being lined up perfectly using IPR --damaged enamel from attachments... rough, texture and shape change --three cracked teeth (wire cut/shortened 2x instead of usual 1 snip each side) --mean comments about the anatomy/size of my front teeth and roots, which never came up at the beginning of treatment. Extremely nice before i gave my money, not so professional afterwards unfortunately. I'm not a current patient but this review is important because the current doctor agreed and reiterated what the original doctor here was telling me, despite her mistakes and medical condition. Hope this helps you ask questions for your treatment and get safe results you want!
