First of all the office is so beautiful and the theme is an outdoor Northwestern adventure. It's very relaxing and all the people are very friendly. Very great experience.

Went in for our consult for my son. Staff was very friendly, ready to answer my questions and talked to my son first then me to make him feel involved. They were helpful in explaining the different options. Overall, great experience.

They are extremely polite, and caring! They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. They were also very good with my kids as well! I walked in extremely nervous, and walked out extremely excited for this new journey to my perfect smile. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My first ever experience at Smile Doctors was amazing! I was super impressed with all the team members and staff! They were very transparent and welcoming. Not only do they offer excellent care, but they never let you leave empty handed! I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

They are amazing here! All of the staff is so incredibly friendly, and great with kids. The office is really neat with cookies and snacks for the kids, ipads with games to play etc. My son left his toys there while at my daughter's appointment. I called and asked if the toys were still here because my son was crying (they are his favorite toys) when we came back to pick them up, the staff had an extra surprise waiting for him. They had him hunt and find a specific Easter egg. In the Easter egg was a golden ticket for a special Easter basket. He was so excited!! He went through and showed his sister every single item in the basket. It made his day. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. They went above and beyond for my son! I can't say enough good things about this place!! You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and care about their patients! Thank you smile doctors!
