The staff is friendly. The doctor is thorough in explaining the plan. The billing department is fair and offers different plans that work for you. The options are extensive and the technology is exceptional. We are confident in our decision to allow them to provide the care we need.

Julie at the front desk was extremely helpful. I was able to get me a same-day appointment for TMJ. Facility is very clean and organized. Jazmine who took my pictures was extremely nice and professional. Vilma was extremely nice as well. Thank you all for you help!

I want to thank smile doctors for the awesome customer service every time I come to visit for my appointments Julie is always one of the best employees that gets me in when I run into a issues with a broken bracket. She finds ways to make me feel comfortable through the process of getting me an appointment as soon as possible. thank you Mrs Julie May God blessed you always. Thank you so much for everything helping me through the process of my braces

Mrs. Nicole was great along with Mrs. Kelly and the entire staff. I recommend if you need orthotic work Smile Doctors would be the place. They have two locations locally.

I took my daughter in today for her first consultation and we developed a great relationship with the staff. Special thank you to Nicole, Jasmine, Velma and the amazing assistant from the Clear Lake office. They comforted her and made sure that she was in a comfortable environment.

This place is very friendly and offers great service. Julie puts the icing on the cake! She has been very helpful in scheduling last minute appointments due to wire discomfort and other complications. She definitely "makes me smile!"

Visited Smile Doctors yesterday and couldn't be happier that we decided to bring my daughter here for orthodontic treatment. From the moment we walked in the office we felt welcomed. The staff couldn't have been nicer!!! Julie at the front desk was so friendly. Jasmine was so kind and made my daughter feel so at ease. Kelley personally called me the day before our appointment to explain everything and ensure that our insurance info was correct since initially it appeared they weren't in-network for our insurance. But she got everything taken care of perfectly and was so kind and helpful. She spent an hour with us at our appointment explaining everything regarding the recommended treatment and answering all of our questions, making sure we felt comfortable with everything. We had seen a different orthodontist company a few weeks before and this place was SO much more forthcoming about costs and explaining treatment and the payment plans so much better. So glad we found this place!!
