I am very satisfied with the whole staff here and at their Geneva location which we frequent. I feel all the attention is with their patient at all times. Very kind & efficient staff and we LOVE Dr. Zimmer! 100/100 stars!

It's nearly impossible to get any appointments before or after my sons school hours, even when booking 2 months in advance. The staff is friendly enough, but my son is on round 2 of braces because they didn't get it right the first time. I have 2 daughters that will need braces soon and we absolutely will be going elsewhere. This place is very corporate, not personable, doesn't pay attention to their patients even after we've been there over 5 years and 2 rounds of braces. Would not recommend this orthodontist at all for anything.

Went to the Batavia location for the first time in a while, and Olga still remembered my daughter's name. She is such a pleasure, every single time we come!! The doctors are also always very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who has a child with orthodontic needs.

when I first came in my teeth where in bad condition they were all twisted and they help me get my smile back the staff there are really nice and wonderful. always with great attitude i love them. and my favorite staff person is olga she really nice and sweet person she always does a great job and she always has a wonderful attitude .

What can I say about Dr. John and Olga, they are the best in developing a game plan for your teeth that gets results beyond your expectations. Overall, from scheduling your appointments to visits to the office it has been a great experience every time with the team at Smile Doctors.

conflicted here - have had 2 other kids that have had braces here, Praire View and was a great experience. Now on 3rd child but its now Smile Doctors - covid kept parents out of the office and I have never, never called any of their office locations and had a person pick up the phone. message 1 says: office is closed - goodbye; message 2 is: office is closed, leave a message. The incredible frustration of not being able to speak to even a receptionist would push me to a new Orthodontist for the next one.

What a pleasure it has been having Dr. Zimmer as my child's Orthodontist. She made him feel comfortable with her bedside manner. His teeth look amazing and gets many compliments. He actually likes to smile now.
