Improved hygiene procedures since COVID, dentist/hygienists wear masks while being so close, even after COVID. Dr pelsue seems to wash hands now in between patients, look and see if he's wearing his watch if he doesn't have it on he's been washing his hands(sometimes he'd just swap gloves which was before COVID) Great atmosphere, kid and adult friendly, staff has lots of knowledge and explain procedures. They can accommodate folks with facial sensitivity, talk with them from the beginning.

After choosing (Mitch) Pelsue my entire life growing up, I went to see Brian Pelsue as an adult to enquire about Invilsalign. I work for a 3D printing company and asked Brian if the aligners were 3D printed. He legitimately laughed at me, said "I'm surprised you know what that is," (!) and proceeded to not answer my question. I was stunned at how differently he behaved than his father had my entire life. I told some other women about my experience with Brian and found that I was not to only one to find him misogynistic and rude. Spend your money elsewhere.

I might be biased because my parents forced me to get braces as a teenager but I never liked it there. They never really seem to care about the amount of pain I'm in, just chatting with each other across the room with their tools in my mouth. I know that braces and having work done on your teeth hurt, but I have left the office multiple times in tears even after taking multiple tablets of Ibuprofen, and I have friends who go to other orthodontists who experienced almost no pain. I also had to go back to the office many times to get wires cut that were so long they had poked inside my inner cheek. I also was kind of creeped out by Dr. Pelsue, he always came off a little bit rude and I find it weird that his entire staff is young women. Generally I was just in constant physical pain that most of the staff seemed to have no sympathy for.

We were referred by our primary dentist to Dr. Pelsue's office for braces. Pelsue's office and Team are amazing! We now have 2 kids in braces at the same time...which can quite hectic from a schedule perspective but the office team has been great in making it easy! Thank you

We've had great experiences with Pelsue Orthodontics! One child done with braces and a beautiful smile and on to the 2nd child going to Pelsue. I highly recommend Pelsue Orthodontics!

We love Pelsue Orthodontics. We went somewhere else for 2 years and had nothing but problems. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you always know what's happening with your treatment plan as well as finances.

My third child is going through Pelsue. We have had nothing but good experiences here. They are great with kids and so helpful with the financial aspect. I would highly recommend Pelsue orthodontics!
