I've had my braces now for about 7 months. I can see a difference in my teeth however they are very very expensive and even when they told me I'd get a discount I still don't see it. They are always packed and when I have my appointments, I still end up waiting for atleast 30 mins before I'm in a chair. My braces have popped off atleast 3 times and I've swallowed a wire and two brackets and a tongue tamer. It seemed like they didn't care and I had to wait so long before I could even get in to get it replaced. I would've atleast liked a sincere apology since it was their fault but needless to say... check around first. The main doctor is really nice and professional that's the ONLY REASON IM STILL THERE.

The entire team is fabulous. Every since our very first visit they made us feel like family. We have been to both the Raytown office and the Plaza O ffice. We are always greeted with a smile. Janice in billing has such a bubbly personality . she always makes a point to come see you and ask how you are doing. We miss Dr Simmons expertise and smiling face. My son really enjoyed talking about gaming with him. He thought it was cool that his Doctor was also a gamer. We now have Dr Riddle who is also wonderful. Keep up the wonderful work !!!!!

Service is great at this location. I do miss Dr. Simmons though! He's the reason I chose Harmony Smiles before they became Smile Doctors, and I hate that my treatment was not complete before he left.

I saw a tremendous difference in in my daughter's smile after only 2 months!!! I would recommend Smile Doctors to anyone!!! The staff is awesome and the work speaks for itself!!!

They're always on time. I'm never there more than an hour. The whole staff is really nice and professional . I definitely recommend this orthodontist to everyone looking for a professional orthodontist

Always running behind. My son has never been seen within 20 minutes of his appointment. Instead of overbooking all these patience to see one dentist, it would be better if they either seen less patients or hired another dentist. Very disappointed that my time is not honored, but if I show up late it's a problem.
