This is the place to get your smile right. I am very pleased with my results. They are very welcoming and friendly. I'd recommend every time!!! The workers and atmosphere is also a plus... thank you guys so much

This review is long overdue. I'd gotten braces from Harmony Smiles (now called Smile Doctors) about 8 years ago. In the beginning, it was great. The assistants were sweet, some were incompetent (I'll get to that). The only negative experience I had with Dr. Simmons was when he became rough while scraping my teeth and ended up pulling a piece of my gums off...I literally saw a piece of my gums hanging onto the instrument he was using to scrape the plaque off of the back of my top teeth. HORRIBLE. Fast forward to today, I have a brand new dentist and orthodontist and they informed me that my top teeth where my permanent retainer sits was improperly glued and was too high up on my gum line which was causing gum inflammation. The assistant from Harmony (who I cannot name) glued the entire wire which resulted in my teeth and gums also being glued together causing my gums to swell since I could not floss or brush that area well enough. Although the issue is now fixed, my braces came off years ago and my smile is great, I say all of this to say...be cautious with Smile Doctors.

Such a great experience! The whole staff is super friendly and cheerful. They also keep your best interest in mind. Amazing experience and would highly recommend!

How you going to make a patient pay for Service and you were closed from March to June maybe July because of Covid and now the 24 month service is over but you still embraces and I want you to pay an outstanding balance instead of submitting it to the insurance company for them to pay it because you're outside of your 24 months stating that it'll be Fraud if they submit a claim outside to 24 months. Never again.

Dr. Simmons and his staff were kind, patient and knowledgeable. I was going there for braces mid treatment when I was laid off and suddenly uninsured. They helped me figure out a payment plan with the utmost of compassion. They helped me when I needed it the most. I went there many times during treatment and NEVER experienced anything negative or unprofessional!

Only 3 stars. The communication between the Billing Dept and Insurance Coordinator are pretty much non existent. A friend referred me here and my daughter has been a patient since 2016. Originally, My Insurance and My Husband's insurance was on file. One of the plans changed and for some reason they are not billing, nor have they reached out to the most recent updated carrier. The Billing Dept said it's Insurance that does that. Left me on hold for me to tell someone the exact same thing when Insurance coordinator said she had no knowledge insurance changed.

Save you money for a better Orthodontist. In the beginning the service was great but shortly after starting treatment, I began to notice that Dr. Simmons did not like to be questioned about his work. For example my bite felt really off, my teeth were hitting on one side and not the other. When attempting to address the concern the doctor became very short with his response and did not want to answer in detail. I am completely unsatisfied with the results of his work and his approach. When I first consulted with the Dr. Simmons to discuss having braces, he was very nice, polite and seemed to be very caring. Which is the reason I chose him as my orthodontist. However, it has been a very long 5 years with him. My dentist questioned how many teeth had to be pulled to achieve the desired goal. Dr. Simmons called my dentist and basically scolded the staff, this made me unhappy. Another issue was when I questioned the alignment of my teeth and them appearing slanted upward. Oh that was a big mistake because nobody can question his work. He acted as if I had no right to question him. So I continued with the treatment because my insurance had paid $2500 and I already paid the other $2500. Long story short the improper alignment was never corrected and after having my braces removed, Dr. Simmons refused to correct the problem. His attitude towards me became very poor and disrespectful. My teeth hit in awkward areas and the aren't straight. Please do yourself a favor and find another orthodontist. This guy is simply money hungry. The one positive is, he has an amazing staff, those ladies are awesome.
