My sister and I went to this practice as kids, my nephew is a patient, and now I'm taking my daughters here! Dr. Forrest and the staff are great! Appointments run on time, the office is fun for kids, and all our teeth look great! They use all the latest technology and the Smile app makes messaging the office a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cant tell you how much I love this place and their staff. We just relocated and they made the whole transfer process smooth. Melissa is an angel. She is very warm, friendly and honest. I wish I could give it 10stars! If you are looking for an orthodontist; look no further. They are the best.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Forrest & Joanna!! My daughter is currently halfway through phase two of her braces and has been a patient here at the Cinco location since 2017!! Joanna is always gentle and patient when adjusting my daughters wires and fixing any discomfort before we leave our appointment. Thanks for always making our experience a pleasant one!! :)

This location has an amazing walking billboard of the services offered! It's your front desk concierge, Courtney. She really hyped the services and staff every opportunity available; so much that when your office had a open house I found myself in the doctors chair for a consultation. Jump forward a few weeks later and Courtney is helping me learn how to use a scanner for my Invisalign treatments. She was extremely helpful in all the questions that I had. How exciting for your office to have such an advocate, friendly and great personality be one of the forefronts to greet your clients everyday. I tell everyone that I am getting my great smile from Smile Doctors Katy Cinco Village.

I just recently finished my braces at this location. The entire staff are friendly and hospitable. Joanna has been taking care of my husband and I and she is simply the best. Always super sweet and energetic. We hardly have to wait to be seen. There was only one time where she was busy but we were immediately seen by another colleague. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Forrest is awesome! His staff is very professional, courteous and responsive. My two daughters were treated by Dr. Forest and when it was my turn, I sought his expertise. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain procedures, answers questions and listens to concerns. One of my daughters had an accident in Austin and her front teeth were damaged. My husband called Dr. Forest for advice and not only did he connect my daughter immediately with a doctor in Austin that was able to assess the damage and fix her teeth the same day, but he also followed up with this doctor and provided my husband with a thorough report. We are very thankful for Dr. Forest personalized care. He works his magic every time. Best experience ever.

We love the Smile Doctors (Katy location). Everyone from the front desk staff to there employees in the back are very helpful and make you feel welcomed. The facility is very clean. My two year olds son lived there theatre room and there big gum ball machine.I'm very pleased with our visit today.

The entire staff here is so nice and friendly. Everyone greets you with a hello. Dr. Forrest is amazing and very detailed in the way that he speaks to you. My son is just getting started with his treatment but I can already tell it's going to be a pleasant experience!

It's been a very disappointing experience. The staff is great but my results using Invisalign have been extremely poor. It's been two years to align one bottom tooth. I've been on 51 trays so far! I would not recommend this place. I know others who needed similar or more correction and have gotten much better results elsewhere.

got my first set of top braces my first time ever being at the clinic I was surprise it's really beautiful and nice staff are so sweet and for gods sake they have a movie theater in the clinic to entertain for family and children it's a really beautiful place honestly you feel right at home This is the first place that was willing to work with me on a down payment for my braces and I was able to get them the same day best orthodontist that I've been to by far hands down

From the very first encounter with Jackie and Dr. Forrest in February 2017, to the personal warm smiling faces at the front desk each and everytime we go in, to the awesome techs in the back we love this office! Everyone in the office has a great attitude and you know everyone is working together to give your kiddo the best possible smile! My oldest son had an extremely difficult case and we weren't even sure if it was even possible to bring down his adult canine teeth. Dr. Forrest gave us a 25% chance for one canine and 50% chance for the other. He had to have an oral surgery and 2 phases of braces. Which I appreciate the two phases because that year between the phases they still monitored him but it gave his teeth a break without brackets. AMAZINGLY Dr.Forrest was able to successfully get both his adult canines down to the correct place! The office has always been extremely helpful, courteous and very easy to work with even when our insurance changed midway through treatment, they worked with us. My second son (who just started his orthodontic journey Jan. 2022 with Dr. Forrest) was excited to go because he has seen his brother go for years! Melissa and Dr.Forrest helped get him started and we now have about 5 or 6 months with 2 kids in braces. I'm so glad we chose to put our kiddos future smiles in Dr.Forrest hands!!!
