Did not deliver retainer for months. Labeled my daughter as non-compliant. Agreed to rectify the situation and fix her teeth due to the movement caused for failing to deliver the retainer. Now they will not and delivered retainers for how her teeth are now.

Heather and Jada provide me with top tier 5 star service everytime I come in for an appointment. They deserve a Starbucks gift card for the AMAZING service that is always given!!!! Highly Recommend!!!

Wonderful and amazing staff! Mrs Liz is amazing and explains everything breaks everything down to you. Dr Hailey was also amazing. Office was very clean

My experience with Smile Doctors over all was great! Dr.Lee and Dr. Devereux were great! Noel Lunsford, Penny and staff are wonderful! The only negative feedback I can give is I would much rather speak to the office directly and not a call center when calling the office. Also, it's hard to reschedule appointments, if needed. The Slidell location should definitely be open more days during the week.

We have been so pleased with Smile Doctors! So much so that after getting 3 children in braces, Liz R. convinced me try the new Invisilign Treatment. It has been easy and just like with my children, Dr. Devereaux is making sure they are perfect and I am happy with the results!

I wouldn't even give this place a one star review tbh. But it's the only way I could leave a review. This place is HORRIBLE. Rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this place to anyway. After them not seeing me since March 2021, not even for a comfort visit I decided to discontinue treatment. Not to mention, before I paid them in full they would see me whenever I needed to be seen, since I paid my balance in full on March 2nd 2022 thinking maybe If I'm paid in full they would squeeze me in sooner considering it's been a year. Their excuse is "your appointment is gonna be an hour long so we can't just fit you in the schedule" well once I asked about discontinuing treatment and getting my braces off, they magically fit me in for a almost 3 hour appointment. But they couldn't fit me in for a one hour appointment. Just wow. Very unprofessional. Take your money and slap metal on your teeth and just don't give you the service you're paying for. I will be reporting them to the board and the BBB.

While the staff is very nice and office is pleasant, it's just very disheartening to not be able to reschedule appointments for months... at any office in the area, even. IF you can't make your originally scheduled time slot, you won't get another one for months afterwards. I can't believe they have that many offices around and it still takes months and months before an opening is available anywhere!

They're very kind and courteous and quick even at times with a limited staff they were able to get to me in a quick manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to fix their smile whether you want straighter teeth or a brighter smile they sure do have you covered!
