The girl who took my x-rays and pictures was very nice, as well as the lady who spoke with me before I saw the Dr. Once I saw. Dr. Haley Bui, however, she looked rushed, which I can understand, but even though it was a free consult, I feel I was owed a little more time. She told me she was uncomfortable giving me treatment because it would cause more harm than benefit, fine, but she rushed the conversation and was walking out of the room as she was explaining the reasoning to me. I felt very unimportant. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to getting my teeth fixed and even though I appreciate her honesty, I felt like because she wasn't going to give me treatment, I wasn't worth more than a minute or two of her time. That's literally how short of a time she spoke with me. Really bummed out about the whole experience. Everyone else was so nice, I wish I could leave 5 starts, but I need to address how Dr. Haley made me feel.

So caring and gentle! I have horrible anxiety when it comes to anything involving my teeth, but they understand and take note of that and make me feel so relieved!

My appointment was fast and everyone was so friendly. They saved me alot of money with my new retainer. The doctor even shaved down some of the uneven parts of my teeth free of charge. Also received my retainer 30 minutes after my appointment. I loved it.

The staff members are very kind, accommodating, and considerate! The new location is very clean and organized. I had Dr. Haley Bui, who was very informative in making the best choices for me. She always made sure I was comfortable, listened to my concerns, and made my visits very easy. They also have an app to keep track of your progress, which lowers your in-person appointment visits!

I had to stop my ortho case for personal reasons recently so i reached out to the clinic to do so. Their call center canceled my contract but informed me that i would have to pay the remaining balance for the orthodontic treatment that was already done, which is understandable but I had questions so I told them id personally reach out to the clinic after we spoke that day. I emailed the clinic, called them numerous times all to get NO response BUT they made sure to EMAIL me a bill for the remainder of the tx after i tried reaching out but could not respond to my calls or email? Horrible customer service. Needless to say I didn't even wanna deal with coming into the office anymore so I got my dentist to remove the Invisalign buttons from my teeth. Upon removal I noticed where the button was placed on my first premolar that I now have a some what large gash in my tooth that was NEVER there before!!!!!! I've been in the dental field for 4 years and have NEVER seen this happen from Invisalign.
