I took my son here for a consultation to get braces. The staff was super friendly. Very family friendly environment. Kellie helped with our consultation process and helped me to make a very knowledgeable decision regarding my sons treatment plan. We will definitely be back when it's time for treatment!

I recently went here to get a consultation about getting braces for my underbite. I've found out that I will to have jaw surgery along with braces to correct it, and while I was a bit apprehensive about the whole thing, Kellie was extremely helpful through the whole process! She walked me through what I will need to do before getting my braces on and gave me a lot of helpful information about what exactly my oral surgery will entail. She was extremely kind and professional through the whole process and I'm very glad I chose to go here!

Kellie made our first appointment with smile doctors so easy and convenient. She helped me with downloading the app and scanning my child's teeth to the app. She made sure I knew all options that were available and answered any questions that I had. Looking forward to our next appointment.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star review tbh. But it's the only way I could leave a review. This place is HORRIBLE. Rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this place to anyway. After them not seeing me since March 2021, not even for a comfort visit I decided to discontinue treatment. Not to mention, before I paid them in full they would see me whenever I needed to be seen, since I paid my balance in full on March 2nd 2022 thinking maybe If I'm paid in full they would squeeze me in sooner considering it's been a year. Their excuse is "your appointment is gonna be an hour long so we can't just fit you in the schedule" well once I asked about discontinuing treatment and getting my braces off, they magically fit me in for a almost 3 hour appointment. But they couldn't fit me in for a one hour appointment. Just wow. Very unprofessional. Take your money and slap metal on your teeth and just don't give you the service you're paying for. I will be reporting them to the board and the BBB.
