I wouldn't even give this place a one star review tbh. But it's the only way I could leave a review. This place is HORRIBLE. Rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this place to anyway. After them not seeing me since March 2021, not even for a comfort visit I decided to discontinue treatment. Not to mention, before I paid them in full they would see me whenever I needed to be seen, since I paid my balance in full on March 2nd 2022 thinking maybe If I'm paid in full they would squeeze me in sooner considering it's been a year. Their excuse is "your appointment is gonna be an hour long so we can't just fit you in the schedule" well once I asked about discontinuing treatment and getting my braces off, they magically fit me in for a almost 3 hour appointment. But they couldn't fit me in for a one hour appointment. Just wow. Very unprofessional. Take your money and slap metal on your teeth and just don't give you the service you're paying for. I will be reporting them to the board and the BBB.

I was impressed by all the reviews here on Google. Only after I visited the office and signed up, I noticed that all of the reviews here are quite old. Unfortunately, our experience was far from five star. The communication was the main problem. 1) We visited and signed up at the Covington branch as it's quite near our house. They told us to come any time with problems. They failed to tell us that Covington was about to be closed for a month for remodeling, and even under normal circumstances they are only in Covington about once a week. We found this out when I had to drive to Hammond after a bracket fell off in the first few days. Brackets falling off are normal. Having to drive 40 miles without warning is not. I was not pleased. 2) They put the top braces in the first visit, and said the bottom would follow after a few weeks. Only after the top were put in, they told us that the bottom would be put in at the next appointment some12 weeks later! 3) When I called about the fallen bracket, I was surprised to learn that I was not talking to the Covington office - it was a remote customer service representative in their central facility. This makes communications feel very remote, inefficient and impersonal.

Friendly staff made it very relaxing and comfortable. Atmosphere was very warming, and the professionalism was great. My daughter was so excited to get her braces put on same day as our 1st visit, we are ready for her to SMILE and be proud to show her teeth.

The DN team is the bomb! I would recommend this Orthodontist to any and all of my friends and family! Thanks for the beautiful smile and the awesome experience throughout the process!
