Everyone was very nice and explained everything to me extremely well!! I will def go back. Our consultant Liz was absolutely amazing...if u go in ask for Liz u will love her

Highly recommend Liz! I was indecisive between getting braces or Invisalign, but she helped me tremendously by giving me pros and cons for both. She even gave recommendations for which dentists to go to for cleanings. She's very easy to talk to, and will give good advice. She made my decision easy, and gave me her contact info to reach out if I needed anything. 10/10 recommend

I wouldn't even give this place a one star review tbh. But it's the only way I could leave a review. This place is HORRIBLE. Rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this place to anyway. After them not seeing me since March 2021, not even for a comfort visit I decided to discontinue treatment. Not to mention, before I paid them in full they would see me whenever I needed to be seen, since I paid my balance in full on March 2nd 2022 thinking maybe If I'm paid in full they would squeeze me in sooner considering it's been a year. Their excuse is "your appointment is gonna be an hour long so we can't just fit you in the schedule" well once I asked about discontinuing treatment and getting my braces off, they magically fit me in for a almost 3 hour appointment. But they couldn't fit me in for a one hour appointment. Just wow. Very unprofessional. Take your money and slap metal on your teeth and just don't give you the service you're paying for. I will be reporting them to the board and the BBB.

My retainers got destroyed in Hurricane Ida finally was able to get my replacement retainers. Was asked if I could come back the next day to pick them up, and I couldn't make it due to a family emergency. When I called them they told me it won't be until MARCH, I think that's a bit absurd and far out for me to just pick up retainers. My teeth could shift and my impressions might not be the same a month and a half from now. Update still no retainers. It's been since Jan 25 and it's now Apr 23. Keep calling and someone says they'll call me back and never do, but the money for my retainers insurance is still being taken out my account every month insurance is (550) down payment of 130, 3 payments of 140.. atp imma need braces again. Thousands of dollars down the drain. But I will be contacting my lawyer to see if further action can be done!

Getting a future appointment in a realistic amount of time is next to impossible. For example, the tech tells you that you need to return in 6 weeks but the desk can only offer an 8 week appointment. The doctor spends less than 1 minute with you. Nothing happens as they say it will. This office is less than 5 minutes from my house. My experience has been so terrible that I will be driving an hour out my way to another orthodontist for my 4 kids. If I knew how to cancel their services and switch to another Invisalign provider, I would.
