20 years later my teeth are still straight. I couldn't have asked for a better orthodontist than Dr. Caskey. He fixed my teeth and dozens of other people I know personally over the years and would highly recommend this place to anyone. A+++.

Dr. Caskey and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. We walked in for a free consultation and walked out with my daughters braces on with affordable monthly payments!. Thank you Dr. Caskey and staff!!

Myself and two children have used Dr. Caskey for many years! The staff have always been exceptionally pleasant to all patients and explain everything thoroughly. The wait time is minimal and they make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the doors!

I took my son in for a consultation that was recommended by his dentist. Dr. Caskey came in to look in his mouth and noticed he had 3 baby teeth needing to come out. Instead of just letting them come out on their own or at least talking to me about it he proceeded to take them out without telling me or my son what he was about to do. I didn't realize what was happening until my son started screaming. I told him he should've at least told my son what he was about to do and he said "It's one of those things where you ask for forgiveness instead of permission". I was completely shocked. This is the exact reason why children get traumatized and don't want to go back to the dentist. We will not be going back and I'll be reporting him to the dental board. I hope this review helps prevent other children from having the same horrible experience.

The staff were very nice and exceptional compared to many doctor offices my family and I have been to. This was the 4th place we had been to regarding my son. We had heard it all at this point and when the doctor came in and started explaining the same thing we had already heard several times, he became very patronizing and did not like that I contradicted him based on a previous assessment by another orthodontist. He cut me off very rudely and in front of my son - by saying "Let me finish"." I just stared at him in shock and then he continued: "We are not going to get along, I think you should find another place." What this "professional" failed to take into consideration was that he was the 4th person to see us and that we already knew exactly what was going on and what we needed. We were there for better pricing and a friendly staff who would be willing to work with us. Unfortunately the doctor has the complete opposite demeanor of his staff and is not privy in dealing with people who contradict him. Not down-to-earth nor sympathetic and very prissy.
