I had my first consultation and it was a great experience. When I got there I hardly waited at all; I was call to the back by Anna. She took me right in and started with X-rays; then went on to my pictures. Her and Dr. Montgomery showed me my pictures and showed me why I need braces and how they would do it and how long it would take. The whole process went very smoothly; I am very happy and pleased with the experience that was given.

Very friendly office staff and doctor. Open to questions and concerns every visit. I have no problem with communication as well concerning appointments, cancelling/rescheduling, etc and financing was the best in the area and even within 100+ miles radius. I am excited to come to my appointments just as a little kid. Highly recommended. :)

I came in with my niece yesterday and let me just say I am a CNA and know when gloves should be changed. The tech that was working on my niece did not change her gloves one time the whole time she was working on her!!!!! Not to mention I saw her touch several different things with her gloves on!!! She even reached her hand in her drawer with dirty gloves and contaminated every thing in her drawer$!! I am not sure if these techs are certified but they seem very unprofessional and I can't speak for all of them but it's disgusting and they need to be trained properly!!' If you go to smile doctors in Starkville do not let the tall dark headed tech work on you!!! You may leave and get sick!!!! They need to be reported. My sister or niece will not be back and will be going to a different place from now on!!! Sad Sad sad!!!

The technician who was servicing my daughter asked me to sit in the waiting area. She stated that parents were discouraged from accompanying their children unless I had a question for the doctor. But let another parent go in with her daughter with no problem. Secondly, She told my daughter that she couldn't wear the rubber bands for her. That was uncalled for. Was very dissatisfied with my visit today. I think I will go to the Columbus office the next time.

They were great working with my two insurances and my drama kiddo did not even have a teenage drama moment. Great office and professional staff. Love that they work with scheduling kids same day too.

Staff was super caring and patient with my nervous 9 year old. Every person we met were professional, down to earth, and just made things so easy. My son got picked on at school about a gap in his teeth. We Walked in there with zero knowledge about braces, my son wanted braces now, he was a new patient, I was thinking it was just going to be a consult and hated to tell my son we'd probably have to wait longer before they'd put his braces on... Turns out, we left there with new braces, an awesome understanding of care and future plans for my son as well as a flexible payment plan all in the same day!!! I highly recommend Smile Doctors and their services to you and your loved ones..!
