I was hesitant about this practice because it took so long to get in ( 2 months) but once my daughter's appointment came everything went swiftly. They rescheduled for me without a problem when the old Ortho dragged their feet with records. I arrived and did not wait long, I was greeted, and shortly Brooke escorted us to the back. She was so sweet and didn't mind I was an anxious parent. She helped me work a financial plan and was just a pleasure. The Dr was also refreshing, she came in and got straight to business. She answered questions the old Dr could not answer before I had the chance to ask. Her first priority was to relieve any pain my daughter was feeling. They even referred us to a General Dentist as well because I am new to the city. I appreciate good service and treat all the way I want to be treated. I was handled with care.

DO NOT RECOMMEND since Dr Cooper Callaway left this practice! Drive to Madison MS to have orthodontic treatment with him or find another orthodontist.

We wouldn't have chosen anyone other than Dr Callaway for our child's braces! She now has a beautiful smile! Wonderful staff and Dr Callaway is the BEST!
