I would leave a zero star rating but it's not possible. Brought my son here and Dr.Patel had no idea why he had a tooth growing upside down and never tried to reach out or help my son . Thankfully we found another orthodontist that actually cares about his patients . And he only took one look and knew what the issue was . Do your research and go elsewhere.

We haven't gotten braces yet, but they have take X-rays and watch the tooth growth so we will know when it is appropriate to get braces. The office staff is friendly and appointments are timely.

All of the people working here are very friendly. They have complimentary massage chairs and Xbox's to use while waiting. Would highly recommend

Could not be happier with my new smile! Dr. P takes great care in the details and made sure that all of my areas of concern were heard and addressed. Highly, highly recommend! The entire team is awesome! Special shout out to my favorite assistant, Brooke, for making every visit great! :)

As soon as you walk through the door the staff is welcoming and friendly. They have everything you need while you're waiting to be seen. I didn't use them, but noticed massage chairs available, coffee bar and my son thought it was very cool they had Xbox's set up as well. We are very happy we were referred to Smile Doctors and look forward to the next appointment.

There has been many time I have been called 10-20 minutes before my appointment starts to be told it is cancelled. That is unacceptable. Also almost no one ever answers the phone and then you're redirected to a kind of corporate call center I guess. But they can almost never help and tell me it is a question for my specific location.... Which would be no big deal if they answered the phone

When you find someone that cares about their patients, you gladly write a review. Let's start from the beginning. They did an initial inspection of her teeth and told us to wait a year. Most companies would try to get you in right away. Those actions created trust with us. Every time she went in, it was a fantastic customer experience. The staff was kind and focused on the patient and the customer and spoke to us on the progress and next steps. Finally, yesterday the braces came off after 2.5 years. It was a special day for our family, and the Dr and Megan helped us celebrate. Bottom line, if you are looking for a team that cares about your needs, you can do no better than to check them out!

I recently relocated to Texas and have to start over with finding new providers... an orthodontist was on my wish list, I've never had one before... the team was caring and amazing... Dr. Patel, Vicki, Francine, and Carol took wonderful care of me... highly recommend this team to anyone willing to hear or just happen to be seeking the best!!!

Excellent experience, excellent customer service, very clean and neat office. My children have been going to Dr Patel's office for the past three years and the good job they have done to their teeth is phenomenal! Me and my family are very happy with the service we got and we highly recommend Dr Patel and his team to everyone.
