We had a wonderful experience at Smile Doctors from start to finish. Amy was a huge help getting the process started and answering all of our questions. 22 months later my daughter has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Patel and his great staff.

Dr. Patel and his staff are just the most amazing people in Ortodontics. I have had braces 3x in the past 16 years. So this was not my first go around. They pay attention to detail, explained everything little step as to what they were doing and the reasoning behind it. When ever there was a issue may it be a bracket coming off or my power chain coming off they were quick to get me in to get the issue resolved. These were normal issues that come with having braces. I love my Othordontist and I know you will to. Just give them a call, from the moment they pick up and answer you will feel the same as I have for the last 18 months of treament.My teeth have never looked so good. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff. Your the greatest!

I recommend Dr Patel and his team so highly. All three of my kids have done traditional braces treatment with him and I am now doing Invisalign. My boys loved Sarah because she is so much fun. Jessica is so gentle with her hands. Brenda and Laura always welcome us with a smile. As for the treatment, I never knew I had a bite problem. Thank you so much Dr Patel for being the perfectionist you are and providing exceptional treatment. Best orthodontist office ever!!

I am satisfied with the results. I am not satisfied with the office and billing staff. I paid what I thought was my last bill in Nov 2018. Then in February of 2020 (14months later) I started getting billed again and was told I had a late outstanding balance. I only found out I was being billed again because my CC was charged. I had to call the office to find out what the problem was and how to proceed. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend.

Such a great staff! Everyone is so friendly and very professional. They really care about their patients and the progress of their orthodontic care. Another bonus is their multiple locations, the office in Haslet is so convenient to where we live and where my daughter goes to school, it just makes it so easy! We definitely recommend Dr. Patel!
