Everyone at this location has been extremely nice from the moment of my initial Invisalign consultation I felt welcomed and in good hands. I was going to wait until my treatment was over to leave a review however I've seen lots of progress in only 4 months and find myself smiling more.My last checkup I informed Emily I was a week behind on my Invisalign trays because I forgot to bring my trays while I was seeing my very Ill mother who ended up passing away...and I had to stay to make funeral arrangements before coming back home. Well Emily was very kind and sorry for my loss. About less than a week later I received a sympathy card in the mail from smile doctors signed by the entire staff! It warmed my heart so much!!! I'm really really big on customer service and because of the extra step Emily took to inform the staff of my loss... I will refer any and everyone to this location. Thank you to everyone at this location for truly being apart of a team that truly wants to see you smile.... Not only are you guys helping me with my smile...that act of human kindness made my heart smile. Thank you SMILE DOCTORS team!!!

I absolutely love this place and love going to my appointments. Staff is always super helpful and friendly plus the office is super clean ( I'm a clean freak myself) so this is a big thing for me. It literally feels like a family. I can't brag enough about Dr. Williams and his staff!!! Totally recommend getting your perfect smile here!

My child's braces are coming along nicely. The staff is always polite. If I could offer any criticism it would be that they do not book appts during school breaks, after 4:30, or on Fridays. That can be limiting for working parents. Otherwise, our experience has been great.

Dr. Williams and the team at smile doctors are wonderful. The front office staff is always, kind and helpful, the hygienists/assistants do great work and they all make you feel like part of the family everytime you come in. Highly recommend for your orthodontic needs.

Both locations have amazing staff members! I'm always greeted with a smile, and they truly make one feel like a friend rather than just a patient. The doctors are equally as amazing and accommodating. I highly recommend them!!

Smile Doctors (Williams Orthodontics) is amazing!!! Everyone on the team is kind, friendly, professional and attentive. I have two kids receiving treatment at their practice and I am very pleased.
