I had a wonderful experience at Smile Doctors! They were very professional and organized, I never had to wait long and they are also SO friendly! It almost made me sad to get my braces off...almost! ;) The ladies who work at the front desk will almost certainly brighten your day, and the whole staff works to make sure that you are happy with your smile! 10/10 recommend!

I have been a patient here for a while. I went in today and had Camille working with me. She is kind, patient, and very thorough it was the best experience so far. The ladies at the front desk were also kind and welcoming. I don't typically do reviews but Camille definitely deserves to be recognized for the way she treats people!

The office staff are very pleasant. I personally like to visit the Ooltewah location because of their pleasant demeanor. I really like the assistants. They are very considerate and attentive to my and my daughter's needs and comfort throughout our orthodontic care. They are eager to ensure any discomfort is resolved before we leave. They are also eager to educate us on dental hygiene and care in between visits. The dentist is extremely attentive to our dental care and immediately addresses any questions or concerns I have. I am extremely happy with the service we receive. Their financial options are very fair and flexible. Thank you all for what you do!

I have been coming to this location for around 5 years. (two kids in braces and myself) I had to cancel my last appointment due to travel for work and I was going to be gone for three weeks so we rescheduled for when I would be back. I was astounded today when unpromted the ladies asked me how my travel was and remembered that I was out of town. It was such a personal minor thing to remember but it was the most incredible customer service. Dr. Weathersby is always so understanding of kyissues and I really cannot imagine going anywhere else for my oryho work. This is really the best team!

The Smile Doctors team is amazing! At no point in my process did I feel like I was unaware of what was being done. The staff is so nice and welcoming! They go above and beyond to make the patient feel comfortable and do all they can to get your smile perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Love them! Really affordable, good doctors, very nice staff. Everything went very smooth and they put my braces really fast. You wont be waiting a lot like other places!! Happy to be their patient.

My daughter and I had an AWESOME experience at Aspire today! Very efficient and incredibly friendly staff, great explanations of the treatment plan, and just plain great service! Trina was a gem!!

We always have a great experience with Aspire. Dr. Weathersby is absolutely the best! The ladies that take care of Katie are wonderful and always take their time in talking to me and explaining things. We love it!
