I would give Smile Doctors a five star but I was caught off guard today when I got my braces off. When I signed the contract in March, they said I would be getting a bonded retainer when the braces came off. Apparently they just changed their policy and only offer plastic retainers that you have to keep up with. Really??? Major bummer.! I have enjoyed all my visits - the staff is a joy to be around and they are professional at the same time. Extra safe during these pandemic times.

I chooses Invisalign It cost me $6000 Break to piece $500down payment others separated to $230 a month for 24month, I haven't started my orthodontist yet, but hope they will be good

This office is so wonderful I had to say THANK YOU! Dr. Edgmon and his staff are the best. Everyone is so kind and helpful...and it shows! They really take their time and explain things at my appointments which I love. I usually have dental anxiety but they are so great I'm never nervous. I am so happy I am going here...thank you for treating me like family!

Smile Doctors have such dedicated staff...many who have been team members for a long time. When our son was a patient, we were well informed regarding every aspect of his treatment plan. Dr. Pattison coordinated care for him with the best oral surgeon in the area. Prior to surgery, he needed braces. The team at Smile Doctors assisted him and us during this time as well as after surgery. We felt well Informed and had peace of mind during the whole process. I have heard that the Dr. at the Dutchtown is amazing as well and it's the same fabulous team that works with Dr. Pattison. I cannot imagine entrusting our son's care to any practice other than Smile Doctors. Their expertise and compassion are beyond measure!! Cheryl and Doug Ryerkerk

Smile Doctors has provided a great orthodontic experience for my child. Dr. Edgmon and his staff are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Their multiple locations make it easy to get orthodontic care close to home and they're always available if there's an urgent need.

I had an amazing experience. The doctor was extremely professional and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Having multiple locations to have an appointment was very convenient. They also we're very flexible with my work schedule.I would highly recommend their service.

The Dutchtown Smile Doctors location is wonderful! I had transferred to them from another branch and the Dutchtown location is much more informative and active in my Invisalign journey. Thank you!
