First time patient and every part of it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and upbeat. Took my son in for a consultant and left with a follow up for Invisalign. Highly recommend if you little one or yourself is in need of an orthodontist.

everytime i came in for an appointment, the staff were always so kind and friendly! Lucy and Melinda were so helpful during my braces removal and i'm very happy with what my smile has become.

Excellent Doctor and excellent staff! I leave with a brighter smile every time. They were my first choice for braces and I haven't regretted it. Went through the entire process step by step and made sure I was comfortable. The technology they use is amazing and so helpful to see progress!

I'm so lucky and proud to work at Smile Doctors with Dr. Santos, Kristie (office director) and the whole team of clinicians and concierge rockstars. I'm a new mom to a 1yr old baby boy and took some time off to be with him. I also had a hard time finding a job because of covid. When I got hired at Smile Doctors I felt a bit nervous having not worked for a while but everyone was so welcoming and willing to get me on track with the way Smile Doctors works. I appreciate Dr. Santos for taking time to explain clinicians how the orthodontic treatment works. I'm thankful to have an office leader like Kristie for being genuine with the staff and always help out when we have trouble with something. Vanessa, Gaby, Melinda, Brittany, Aline are the clinic rockstars, they are so hard working and always have eachothers back, they treat every patient as family. Asthin is our beautiful concierge who keeps our office looking amazing every holiday and welcomes everyone with a smile. Now 6 months in working with them I feel again confident as a clinician, love getting to know all the patients and I definitely recommend getting orthodontic treatment here! -Lucy Rodriguez

I was scared to get my braces off after 7 years of neglecting them, but Lucy and staff made me feel comfortable and safe. They took my braces off in no time and was very considerate when it came to taking off the glue. I am a very happy customer and now I can't stop smiling

My 9y/o daughter got her full set of braces today. She usually is anxious at the dentist, but Gaby but her at ease. Gaby was gentle and explained each step of the process. By the end of the appointment my daughter fully trusted Gaby. She was grinning ear to ear and couldn't wait to show everyone her new braces.

Vanessa K is AMAZING! She was extremely helpful through my entire process of having braces. I walked in to Smile Doctors to get information, and walked out with them on. She was very thorough in detail on my new journey with braces. Was always available when I had questions. Always helped with scheduling, even in last minute emergencies. Gave best advice and recommendations. She definitely made my whole experience comforting.

If your looking for a friendly, caring and welcoming denist visit I recommend you come here. Dr. Santos was phenomenal and the assistant Jessica was just as amazing and patient with the kids. The entire Smile doctor team was very helpful and professional and all around gave excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I had my final retainer check today after two years with Invisalign and while I couldn't be happier with the results and to be done with Invisalign, I find myself strangely sad that it means I'm done working with Dr. Santos and his team. They were great throughout the whole process, always making me feel welcome, taking the time to answer my questions, and squeezing me in last minute in a couple of instances. I had a pretty deep overbite which many claim cannot be fixed with Invisalign, but Dr. Santos was able to fix my bite and straighten my teeth along the way. The entire team was great, but I have to give a special shout-out to Melinda and Dr. Santos! I'm very happy with my results and highly recommend them!

I went from being self-conscious about my teeth to self-confidence with my teeth and smile. Vanessa made the consultation very comfortable. Smile Doctors was able to work around my schedule for scheduling. I was able to get an affordable payment plan. The office team made me feel like family and whole experience made left me smiling for a lifetime!

Hello to smile doctors, I would like to give thanks to a wonderful team and a great office. I recently just got my braces off and my teeth and bite look great. I would like to also say during my time of visits that the employees are very outgoing and set high standards on what they do, they made my visits feel welcomed everytime and has made me feel like part of their family. Dr Santos is amazing! He is so kind and fun and I am so pleased with the work he's done on my (formerly pretty messed-up) teeth. Also I have been very happy with the clinic's COVID protocols which are of an exceptionally high standard. Go see him!

Had a lovely experience with Smile Doctors. Dr Santos was amazing! He took a lot of time to listen to my goals, concerns and explain my options to me. He was great at setting my expectations around the treatment plan, what would be expected of me, and when I could see real progress. He has always shown a genuine interest in my personal life and is so friendly. I'm nearing the end of my treatment and am excited to show off my teeth when covid ends! While this is my first experience with an orthodontist, I hope all orthos are like dr Santos. I leave with a smile (pun intended) every time! Highly recommend!

The staff and Dr Santos were amazing!!! Out of the three other orthodontist I talked to there was only one that promised I wouldn't be stuck with a gap or put a fake tooth for the gap. I'm so excited of how well my teeth came out!! The best Orthodontist in Austin!!!

Dr. Santos and his team have been amazing on my orthodontic journey. Of the 4 orthodontists I've had he was the one I enjoyed and trusted the most. His team are professional, friendly, and I always feel like I'm in good hands. Highly recommend him to fix your smile!
