SMILE DOCTORS/SOUTH ARLINGTON is AWESOME! The ENTIRE staff including the front desk women to the billing to the ortho assistants and Dr Brimhall. My family started with this ortho back when it was Dr. Barbre's private practice. Dr. Barbre did my 25 yr old daughter's ortho care back when she was 7 (18 years ago) and did an amazing job. So now he's retired my 2 boys see Dr. Brimhall and he is AMAZING as well. This office welcomes you with a smile and everyone is ALWAYS so welcoming and happy. They are so friendly and the office environment is great. They treat you like family. If ever my kids have an issue that can't wait with their braces I can go right to the office and they get them in...no hassle about appointments. Example yesterday I went for my sons braces adjustment not realizing I was a day too early. Instead of making me come back they fitted my son in which I was so thankful for. Thats why I Iove SMILE DOCTORS and I guarantee you will too if you come here. Always a great experience!

Dr. Jae and his team are great! My child had some special circumstances and I was fully included in the decision making. The costs and projected outcomes were discussed. I was freely allowed to chose what worked best for us.

I can't say enough nice things about this location. Everyone from the beginning to end was kind, patient and absolutely amazing with my children. I would recommend Dr. Jae and his staff to anyone and everyone asking for ortho care!

This place is very open with lots of space to sit and wait! Very clean! They have to two in the front helping you and it's a quick easy check in. We went in for a consult for free and got a teeth plan layout and even cost and payments. Julie and Dr.J I think was his name we're so good at explaining everything to me and my brother (the patient). They made he even understood everything and showed him pictures and diagrams of what was gonna be done to his smile in the next couple of months! Really excited and happy I chose this place!

good orthodontist, just not some of the girls that they hire. front desk girls have a bad attitude most of the time, lady doing my braces was rude and made it seem like she didn't wanna be there/working, and grinded my teeth unevenly

From the moment I walked in I felt good. Julie was AWESOME. I got lost in the Dr's eyes while I was suppose to be paying attention to the treatment plan he was providing for me. I'd tell anyone about this Joint !!!!! Clean , bright and huge facility !!!! Love it

I'm extremely impressed with customer aspect of this office. Everyone was so cheerful, professional and personable. I had planned on have a couple of consultations but I was impressed I decided that this is where I need to get my braces from. I am a big on customer service and everyone exceeded my expectations. Stay away from Smile Doctors Orthodontist. 2.5 years for invisalign braces. I had even transferred to other locations to correct problem. The mgrs are not professional at all now demanding a full refund or going to sue to complete treatment elsewhere
