Smile Doctors are THE BEST Ortho.... HANDS DOWN!!!! The Staff is Amazingly GREAT from the Front Desk to the Back!!! I Absolutely Loved our First Experience with them!!!! I Definitely recommend them to ANYONE!!!! I wish I could give them Unlimited stars! My oldest son got his top braces done the same day!!! Absolutely Amazing!!!!

We just had our first appointment with our youngest at Smile Doctors. There is a reason they are the best in town. Every single encounter with the staff at this office is a pleasure. They are courteous and professional every time we talk. Dr. Margeson spent a great deal of time with us during the consultation and Tina was phenomenal at getting our treatment plan set up and was kind with every question we asked. I cannot recommend this office enough. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my son's orthodontic care.

My daughter had an appointment today and the experience was professional from check in to check out. The ladies at the front greeted us with a warm pleasant smile. Tina Wagner, our consultant intake person was very nice and pleasant and she explained everything as far as the procedure and follow up requirements for braces for my daughter. The doctors came in and introduced themselves and sat and explained how everything will go. I give them a 10 out of 5. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of braces or invisaligns.

I have two children that are going through the brace process and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Tina Wagner was a joy to work with and made sure everything was thoroughly explained throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend Smile Doctors in Albany to anyone!

My daughter had braces with Smile Doctors. After having her braces 4 years, it was time to have them removed. After having them removed, she went to her dentist who told us her tooth needed to be pulled! No she doesn't have cavities we were told she needed her tooth pulled because of the fact that she still had a baby tooth in the place where she should have an adult tooth. The issue is the fact that why wasn't this said prior to removing her braces? What was the purpose of x-rays? We paid over 6,000 and to be told we would have to pay for her retainers is ridiculous! I wish we would have went elsewhere for her braces.
