Dave - I started getting popping in my jaw that increased over time. The pain also increased and then some dizziness and that dizziness led to some nausea. I had sought out professional help from another dentist and he was not able to help. It was only a temporary fix. I was at a place where I had pretty much given up hope. Who am I going to find, especially in this community, that has the expertise to deal with what is a severe TMJ disorder? Through Google search and reading reviews I found TMJ dentist Dr. Green.
Dave - The pain was debilitating at times. The pressure that was causing on my jaw was leading to dizziness and from the dizziness as I mentioned nausea. There were days where it was hard for me to even get out of bed.
Dave - This is an example of how what would seem to a situation that had gone bad to worse. Another doctor, well-meaning, gave me a splint that I would wear at night and throughout the day the TMJ symptoms would return. So, obviously, it was a temporary fix. Well, one day I made the mistake of putting my removable splint on a tissue and it ended up in the garbage. It was gone! It was going to take them two weeks to make another one so the TMJ symptoms really got bad. That is what caused me to start looking for a permanent solution and that is what led to meeting Dr. Green.
Dave - My wife walked me in and I pretty much shuffled in. I had lost a lot of weight. I had lost over thirty pounds. I could hardly open my mouth. I was dizzy I had a lot of despondence. Again I had been to so many places and had not found a solution so I wondered if this would be just another stop or would they really be able to help me.

Dentist Moore, don't flatter yourself. Your just a dentist. Secondly your focus just isn't there. Take the lab coat off, and put the scubs back on scrub!! Let it be known at multiple locations your not to highly spoken of.

It's refreshing to find a provider and team that truly care about their patients. There are several complexities associated with my dental care and Dr. Green is always up for the challenge! She is very caring and compassionate. Its been a rough couple of years medically and those conditions have affected my teeth in an adverse way. The entire team makes me feel like family. They have gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it! A+ from me!

I came to Dr. Green with multiple dental problems. They walked me thru all my options, gave me a choice on oral surgeons, and worked within my budget. I chose to go with Dr. Green's New You Dentures. I couldn't be happier. I am finally getting back the smile I had when I was younger, not only am I looking better, I feel better physically now that I'm in my new dentures. Kristain was very helpful and encouraging with me, as I've always had a fear when it comes to dental work. This helped put my nerves at ease with the process. I'm impressed with Dr. Green's advanced education and going the distance to keep up on the latest advancements in dental care. It shows at every turn in the atmosphere of the office and the care you receive. My TMJ journey started 2 years ago. I had horrible headaches, jaw/facial pain and dizziness. After seeing another dentist for a year with no results, I came across Dr. Green and her team. I first spoke with Daniel on the phone before my consultation. He was great and really listened. When I first arrived, Rene was fabulous and sweet and I felt welcomed right when I walked in the door. After my first consultation with Dr. Green I was confident and knew she would be able to help! Dr. Green was kind and patient. I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. Now, I'm nearing the end of my TMJ treatment and I can't say enough great things about her and her team. Dr. Green is very knowledgeable and she has explained the whole process throughout treatment. I even started to get my regular dental cleanings there too! The tools they use are like no other and I always feel like I had the best cleaning when I leave. I look forward to seeing Olivia every time for an adjustment. She is so personable and has became a friend. If your looking for a Doctor and a team that genuinely cares about you and loves what they do, you need to book a consultation with her, you won't regret it. You can live pain free too!

I was experiencing high blood pressure, fatigue and lack of energy. However, I did not figure out what was wrong with me until my sleepless nights started impacting my husband's sleep. At that point, I remembered seeing a video in Dr. Green's office regarding sleep apnea. I immediately called to schedule a consult. They quickly got me in and set me up with an at home sleep study. Within a few days my test came back with the diagnosis. It was a moderate to severe sleep apnea. I had no idea. I was thrilled to get an answer and a solution. Dr. Green fixed me up with an appliance I wear in my mouth at night. It has been eight months and my blood pressure is normal again, I have increasef energy and most importantly I am sleeping. It has been such an amazing experience. I cannot thank Dr. Green and her team enough. I have my life back and feel great with no blood pressure meds or C-Pap machine. I have been seeing Dr. Randi Green and her wonderful staff since March 2020. After suffering a serious car accident in April 2019, all other injuries were in check, but I had vertigo to the extent it literally required all my effort to sit or stand upright and walk across the room. After seeing multiple doctors including specialists, seeing someone for TMJ was mentioned but I was never given a referral. During a physical therapy session with Ellen Willis at TCMH-Houston she referred me to Dr. Green. What a life changer! After complete testing I was found to have TMJ with some jaw dislocation, possibly already present to an extent, likely increased due to trauma from the accident, at least one tooth had been broken at that time. A chart provided of 38 symptoms revealed I suffered from 34 systems to varying degrees. Dr. Green and her staff got to work immediately fitting me with appliances to gradually correct the problems, and all this during a pandemic and the birth of Dr. Green and Daniel's son. As Dr. Green said, I was a challenge due to the extent of the TMJ issues. I'm just so thankful I was her challenge, as she has never given up. She worked closely with her supply vendors and some appliances and methods worked others were not productive. In the beginning I believed I would never be without an appliance of some type and possibly never be able to eat all the foods I enjoyed. This week for the first time in three years I enjoyed a salad! The work is not complete, but thanks to the uncompromising and persistent Dr. Green and her friendly and helpful staff I have confidence that we will reach a beautiful and healthy resolution. Never realizing that craniomandibular dysfunction could be causing multiple issues with my ears, jaw, neck, throat, head pain, eyes, mouth and teeth, I suffered needlessly for too long. You don't have too - let the Smile Doctor help, her specialized training, advanced technology and very competent staff is not just about a beautiful smile on the outside, it's also about a beautiful smile coming from the inside!!! If you have a complicated dental issue these are the people for you. I was born with a cleft palate and craniofacial abnormality and they have been very helpful. They are on the expensive side but it's worth it.

Friendly and attentive staff. All members of the office and hands on and take time to answer questions. When it's time for your scheduled appointment there is no wait or stalling. Expectations are set for future appointments and no question goes unanswered. All health providers should reach for the level of this office.

I came into Dr. Greens office with chipping, sensitive teeth, and an off centered chin. In a matter of 4 months, not only has the tension in my face released and my jaw centered, but my features are now more pronounced and my overall posture has improved! Thank you Springfield Smile team!

This is in response to Hannah's review: Gaslighting and deflection will not change the facts of her experience. She made NO mention of insurance so not sure why you're bringing that up when it was not mentioned and we are not blaming insurance companies. She was happy to finance through Care Credit and did so but was completely blindsided at the cost of Phase 2 orthodontics. Your cookie cutter response does not fit this narrative. The screenshot attached was to prove that $300 was quoted and not $365 which was the actual cost and what was sought after 8 months of it being allegedly due. Fraudulent business practices and con-man tactics aren't a good look. Taking responsibility for your actions speaks louder than some lame response on a Google review.

Went for initial consult and was advised it was a $300 initial investment. Paid that and phase one cost up front. They alluded to the fact that if phase one went well, then that was all. It was presented that phase 2 may or may not occur. That is not the case, they get you to come in for the consultation ($365) then phase 1 is $7200- I paid up front. You'll dump all this money in and then present you with a bill for orthodontics for $15,000+. You'll be blindsided and feel like a fool for investing $7,500 already. Opted out of orthodontics which were 3x what any other orthodontics cost. 4 months after my last visit and 8 months after initial visit, they hit me up for $65 they figured they needed from the first visit....? Whole thing was deceptive and they were not forthcoming about the WHOLE investment. So yeah, if you need TMJ help, expect to spend AT LEAST $23,000. Freaking insane.

I have been with Dr Green for 10 years now. I absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about her, Daniel, Olivia, Megan, Renee, and the entire staff. My daughter has high anxiety and I actually took her out of her pediatric dentist to give Dr Green a shot since she needs a lot of dental work, and she no longer fears the dentist.
