I paid for a new retainer almost a year ago and he never delivered. You can't hold an office manager and his attitude is horrible. Stay clear of this orthodontist.

NOT STARS DESERVED! This place is pure fraud. I have worked for him before and I know all the ins and outs he tries to pull. His bill coordinator submits bills to insurance for a balance you have already paid up front.

Great place too come in and get quality dental work done. Everyone is very welcoming and understanding. Dr.Shahram Khodai is very genuine and professional. He really takes the time too make sure your comfortable with the dental procedure. I am very happy with the quality dental work that i got done here. Easily the best dentist that i have ever been too. Highly recommend.

Great place too come in and get quality dental work done. Everyone is very welcoming and understanding. Dr.Shahram Khodai is very genuine and professional. He really takes the time too make sure your comfortable with the dental procedure. I am very happy with the quality dental work that i got done here. Easily the best dentist that i have ever been too. Highly recommend.

I have been very nervous going to dentist, but the staff of Smile Designs in Roseville made my experience comfortable. They are polite, patient, and understanding. The Doctor is the same, and when he's working on you his calm demeanor helps relax you during a stressful time.

I've known Dr since 2008 he has always kept a clean beautiful office, his work is always five star. You pay for what you get so if you're looking for mediocre dental work this will not be the place for you.Kind staff, down to earth and very professional. Two thumbs up

Dr. Khodai actually listens to his patients and takes their thoughts into consideration. That's a rare characteristic for a doctor. In addition, he cares about his patients and it shows. His staff are supportive and always keep the line of communication open. Afraid of getting dental work? He offers sedation dentistry. And it's actually not that common.

Stay away from Dr. Sharam Khodai and his office. I have been going there for several years and referred many of my friends. His quality of work and service has gone downhill for a while now and almost all my friends including my family found a new dentist. He has no focus or care for patients. Very bad business practice too. His office manager, who does the financials is the worst. I stuck with Dr. Khodai though his service was bad due to my Invisialign process, but what a terrible experience that was. Long story short, he started Invisialign thru his wife's name and when I was ready to get the last mile correction trays, they separated. I paid $700 for last mile corrections, but never got the trays. Couldn't get my process transferred to a diff dentist as it was in his Ex-wife's name. He and his office was not transparent with me, fooled me around with all the excuses for almost a year (I believed and trusted them all thru as I have been going there for 17 years) and when I asked for a refund finally, they said, we already mailed you the trays. I never signed the transfer form and never received any trays. Transform form is still with me. Couldn't get any shipment tracking numbers from his office or confirmation from Invisialign either. Just plain day time robbery and not an ethical practice. Do yourself a favor and find a good and ethical dentist.

This isn't my regular dentist, but they have fabulous teeth whitening services =) They have normal teeth whitening and also a special procedure called "Zoom!" This will get your teeth up to 10 shades whiter, as opposed to maybe 6 shades with normal whitening. I like how they have ample information on the details of various procedures. They are also open on Saturdays by appointment, so there's no excuse not to go to the dentist!

I was visiting a friend in Roseville and needed to see a dentist. After researching three or four online, I called Dream Smiles to see if I could make an appointment on fairly short notice. The receptionist was very pleasant and I got in the next day. I needed a crown to replace an old filling and Dr. Kahbody put in a temporary filling to last until I could return home and have my regular dentist put in the crown. I think she did not use an excessive amount of anesthetic but I felt no pain. I appreciated how helpful everyone was and I'd recommend the Dream Smiles team to anyone in the Roseville area.

Okay, so recently I was hit by a car while on my bicycle. After all was said and done, my bicycle was more or less fine (whew!), but I lost my front tooth after being thrown over my handlebars. After taking a couple painful days adjusting to having a big gap in the center of my mouth, I decided it was well past time to find a qualified person to perfect my slightly blemished smile. After doing my research, I settled on Dream Smiles. As many previous patrons mentioned, no one truly enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr. Kahbody made the experience much more comfortable that a trip to the dentist's office would have been. After taking a mold of my missing tooth and tending to the exposed nerve, Dr. Kahbody hooked me up with a gorgeous crown. I am quite proud to say my smile is back to the way it is meant to be.
