Love this place ..... Definitely my favorite dentist around and the staff is wonderful.. if your looking for a great dentist this should be your first choice... You'll thank me later .

This is not a great place to get work done here the very irresponsible the dentistry is not polite the dentist that works on your teeth the owner and the doctors are very rude and they think that women shouldn't speak up to anybody keep their mouth quiet it's not biblical it's biblical in the Bible to practice by the loss but not in America not in this workplace maybe in their own country because they're Indian and they can follow those rules but here in America we have the right to say and speak up for what is right especially when they're wrong with giving directions they want to blame it on everybody else than to service a patient I don't recommend this place whatsoever take it for what it's worth you're better off finding a different place to treat people right especially when you're under care and you have insurance or whether you don't have insurance and your pain money out of your pocket you should be able to be treated right with respect that's what it's all about.

Wonderful Dr, wonderful staff, I highly recommend. They were very patient and kind. One of the absolute best dental offices I have ever been to. Thank you for being so gentle :)

This is the worst clinic ever. I waited for more than an hour to enter the appointment and there is only one doctor who is (Indian )and unable to work and only asks about insurance. He did not know how to fix the teeth and only talked about money and the clinic is not good and there is no x-ray room. One doctor, three cases For those who spoke before. I can't believe this clinic is in America

AVOID AT ANY COST!! Staff is good but the Dentist looks down upon MediCal / Medicaid patients! His words when I took in my 13 years old nephew for pain / root canal.. "Oh, this isn't insurance but we are obligated to take this & see you! It's just to help you (poor people) out who can't afford REAL Insurance"! I hope one day the silver spoon gets taken from this Dentist & He falls on his face & has to be on Medical / Medicaid!! :-(

Today I have an appointment for my two children at Smile Designs Dentistry my kids were waiting for about an 1 And 45 minutes in the lobby and our appointment supposed to be at 4:00pm now it's 5:45. I got this message from my kids telling me they have not seen anybody yet but they're waiting I went inside to ask what's going on why is it taking so long? They said if you would to like to reschedule it take your kids and go. I said I'm sorry you overbooked your yourself, she told me yes we do that because some people don't show up but today happen to be everybody showed up. This is a ridiculous system or what wasting a 2 1/2 hours and missing practice especially we went straight after school and we have no dinner yet. Bad service bad customer service I don't recommend it

Got the best teeth cleaning today! I wasn't able to get x rays because of my own circumstances and they were nice and helped me any ways :) Very gentle cleaning, where other places are soooo rough, and this dentist gives good, honest tips! I found this place because another dentist kept telling me I had cavities, but I didn't believe them for some reason. I came here for a second opinion and they told me the truth... no cavities, and still none 2 years later :)

I was able to get a next day appointment for being in pain. Waited 20 mins in the waiting room, took 45 minutes to finally get x-rays done, took another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in and tell me that I brush too hard. I understand needing to get insurance approval for cavities but they were not the reason for my pain or discomfort. I was told that the tooth in pain had bacteria from brushing too hard and to quit using crest toothpaste. If there is bacteria I dont understand how changing my toothpaste will help?? I explained my pain is always there and throbbed below my eye, sensitive to hot, cold and room temp water. I asked if it would be possible to get something for the pain in the mean time because motrin, naproxen and Tylenol have not been helping for months, he told me the severity isn't that serious, apparently he can telepathically feel it. I would not recommend wasting anytime or money here, they take too long for absolutely no help. Let alone, he is also very hard to understand and seemed rushed to get to his next patient. Overbooked facility and took no time with the exam. Worst dentist office I've been to. The receptionist and staff were polite and literally the only thing nice about the visit.

Best dentist in the central valley, been threw a handful and this is the one . The staff is really nice , the dr is amazing with his hands not rough, always explaining every step . Hes here to help you . Hes not there to empty your pocket book .

Only concerned with getting paid insurance money for x-rays and cleaning.....other than that they don't really care to find out as to why my tooth was so sensitive to cold and hot....now it turned into an infection...great thanks doc

Doctor Kumar extracted a wisdom tooth. He it's amazing dentist. I always afraid of the dentist especially at the needles but he did so good and gentle. I didn't feel any pain during the process and after. My recovery was fast. I really appreciated having a dentists that Care about patients.
