Overall, got the job done. The use of technology for X-rays and scan to diagnosis teeth health was impressive. The staff were kind, patient, personable, technically competent. The negatives were 1) wait time to get into the treatment room and then between the hygienist, teeth polish technician and dentist were too long and I spent close to 2 hours there; and 2) I found the treatment room and x-ray room needed a good cleaning in that dust had accumulated on the baseboards that were visible (yuck!) and the hygienist left the used tools including damp guaze on the tray when the teeth polish technician and then dentist came in. Interesting that the dentist did not examine the interior of my mouth rather used the imaging to evaluate teeth health.

I have been here twice because this is the only office under my insurance. 1st time, hygienist did a very poor job, and the dentist was unpleasant. Yesterday, the hygienist, Mida, did a great job and was super nice.

I've been going to Smile Designers for 11 years. They've always been very friendly. Management recently changed, and I'm very happy with the new ownership. They have newer technologies and continue to provide great service. My hygienist the past few times has been wonderful. She really took the time on my teeth to get them sparkling clean!

My tech was very sweet and attentive, but I don't feel like their pricing is aligned with the actual results - it just wasn't worth it, and I wish I'd never booked the appointment. They weren't prepared with equipment for someone with a smaller mouth (never had an issue with previous dentists/orthodontists) which was painful and stressful. Would recommend looking elsewhere for whitening services.

Visiting with a new Dr. at this location: Staff was very cordial and welcoming, dental hygienist was very thorough and Dentist was helpful with a current dental issue. Looking forward to follow up and my next visit.

They really helped me out with a same day appointment for my ailing tooth. Also, the dentist was super patient with me as I'm a little chicken of doctors! Lol

Dr. Susan did a fine job of cleaning & polishing my teeth. She & her assistant didn't rush the process and did a thorough job. I'm a happy camper.

I'm a new patient and they got me in same day which was awesome. Friendly and I didn't have to wait long. Cleaning was the best I've had, very thorough. Mouth CT scan was pretty great.

Went in for a free consultation for an implant for one tooth , Doctor Hage was not very friendly and I even brought my own CTCB copy of the scan on disk but he didn't look at it , I was quoted almost $5000 for one .. probably wouldn't go here again , waste of my time and it was an early appt too

Dr Hage is such an amazing dentist. He is thorough in his work and fair in pricing. The staff is equally adept and friendly.I had a crown come off, they got me right in and fixed the issue promptly

I believe that Smile Designers has a high level of technical expertise in providing quality dental implants. The staff is efficient and courteous. The one thing I would have approciated is more communication about what was going to happen along the implant process. I know I was given things in the beginning to read and sign, but nothing to take home and study. People forget most of what they read, and I didn't know from visit to visit what was going to happen. I remember at the end of a visit I actually asked them was they did that day. They were quick to answer my questions and be of service, but a quick explanation of what was going to happen that visit would have been helpful. I also am a baby about dental work and hate being told it's not going to hurt and then it is actually uncomfortable. I'm glad the whole process is over and I really like my new "tooth." They did a good job. I should also thank them for putting up with me. :)
