So I went here nervous as hell with a tooth that needed to be fixed. When extraction day came Dr. Sherlin Philipose is literally the most amazing dentist ever. When giving me the novacane I didnt feel a thing (other dentist Ive been too Ive felt it, which is why I was nervous). She did her thing removing the tooth she was asking through out the extraction if I was okay, that if it hurt to raise my hand. Next thing you know shes standing there & Im expecting more to be done shes like Nope, all done. I was like whaaaaat. It went sooooo much better than what I was expecting compared to another tooth that Ive had extracted. 100% satisfied & I will no doubt come back for more work to be done. Edit: everyone else that works here that I encountered were also amazing. Its a positive office all around.
The best dentists and friendliest staff I have ever met. I sought out dentists in my area for emergency dental care. I was in terrible pain from an infected tooth. They brought me in immediately and were so compassionate and kind. I have always hated going to the dentist but now I know a place that will put me at ease. They are knowledgeable and professionals that truly care about their patients. I even got a Happy Birthday message from them on my birthday. What a great way to wake up! Highly recommend to anyone seeking dental care!

Dr. Bichara is a Board-certified Periodontist with more than 15 years of clinical experience and extensive academic training. He is dedicated to handling the most complex and challenging cases from full mouth rehabilitation with dental implants to rebuilding severelydeficient jawbones for function and aesthetics.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology he received his doctorate in dental surgery from New York University in 1992, starting his career as a general practitioner to give him a comprehensive understanding of the dental field. In 1997, he received a Masters Degree in Oral Biology from the University of Louisville with specialty certificates in periodontics and dental implants. During his academic training, Dr. Bichara was involved with multiple clinical studies on bone regeneration, sinus lift, and dental implants and he authored multiple publications in his fields most prestigious journals. He is married to his wife Raghan. They have three children, twins Joel and Tia, and their youngest, Ralph. In his few moments of spare time, Dr. B greatly enjoys playing tennis.
Dr. Yacoub obtained his DMD degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental medicine. He spent three years specializing in Prosthodontics and one year as a teaching Faculty at Pitt Dental School.

Just another dentist who will take your money. I called them experiencing pain, went in and the dentist talked to me for 10 mins and quick checked the area that was in pain. She saw there was a lot of work that needs to be done. She said we will start with a cleaning then go from there. They talked me into "joining their club" for $150 which includes two visits(one of which was this 10 min visit in which she didn't do anything except look at my teeth, no tools, nothing) , cleanings and X-rays. Fast forward two months to my scheduled appointment for a cleaning. The tech takes me back, takes x.rays, then says another person will come in for my cleaning. Then the dentist comes in and says oh nevermind we're going to skip the cleaning and I'll have the receptionist come in and go over a plan. The receptionist comes in and gives me a plan saying I need $900 for pretty much deep cleaning. Why tell me after you already saw my teeth the first time that we will schedule a cleaning if then you're going to back out and now I'm leaving for the SECOND APPOINTMENT that again, I didn't get any work done at all, not even a cleaning. Instead I get a few X-rays, waste my time and $200 for you to ask for another $900 now to do what you should've been upfront with. Doc, be up front with your clients. Don't tell me we're doing a cleaning then ask for $900.

Wonderful dentist's office! A very positive experience. Lynn is terrific. She was kind, patient and empathetic. She went out of her way to put me at ease. Dr. Sherlin Philipose and her staff were thorough and attentive. I am fairly dentist phobic, but the staff's caring and non-judgemental manner left me feeling comfortable and happy to have found a dentist my family can stick with.

The dental staff really seem to know what they're doing, and use state-of-the-art techniques and devices that make the experience as pleasant as I have ever had at a dentist's office. They are exceedingly polite and professional. I love entrusting my teeth and gums to their care.

Everyone from Lynn at the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are AMAZING. So kind and always go above and beyond to explain dental procedures and even insurance processes! I feel well taken care of there which is always a great feeling at the dentist office. Most people have some aversion to dental work but Smile Designers really takes the stress out of the picture for me.

Dr. Philipose and staff are great. Lynn at the front desk, the hygienist Lauren and Lisa the assistant all are professional, welcoming and kind. They do good work, gently and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

This office not only was able to get me an appointment but was really respectful with what I needed help with. I called every dentist around the area And none of them was able to help me I was able to obtain insurance enough to have my two teeth pulled by the doctor on staff. They were able to get me in way before any patients came into the office. The office was super friendly and very respectful and the dentist had the most wonderful bedside manner any doctor could have. I would recommend anybody to this office and I will look forward to possibly being treated there from now on.

I called for an emergency appointment after being in wicked bad pain. They scheduled me for next day. Called me back and said there was a cancellation and got me in same day! The entire staff was awesome from start to finish. Usually you run into one miserable staff member. But not at this place. They ended up having to do a tooth extraction for an infected wisdom tooth. I had Dr Philipose do the extraction. I honestly don't know what she did, but I didn't even feel it. She was awesome. I've already scheduled several other appointments to get back on top of my dental care. My wife has also now moved this company as her dental provider. Highly recommend this staff!
