Dr. Grossman has 22 years experience in General and Cosmetic dentistry. He has been practicing at The Smile Designers for over 20years. He is proud to continue the excellent care provided by his practice which he acquired from Dr. Edward Gilbert after he retired in 1996 and served the community for over 30 years.
He lives in Vestal, NY with his two children, Nathan and Cassie. After living in the Triple Cities for over tweny-two years, Dr. Grossmans family considers themselves natives of the area with a strong commitment to the community through sports, school, service organizations and religious affiliations.
Dr. Westcott was born and raised in Endicott, NY. He graduated from Union Endicott High SchooL. He attended Rochester University and Boston University Dental School. He completed a one year residency at CHP Latham. (Albany)

My two young daughters had cleaning appointments today. Lexi was their hygienist and was amazing, kind and patient. Taking your children to the dentist can be a challenging task. However, Lexi made it fun and enjoyable for them. If you have children, go to Lexi! She's the best

Outstanding service! Everybody was very nice, the office is clean and cared for and the dentist was super nice- I'm so happy they take my insurance lol

I've always had a bad experience at/with other dentists, haven't gone to one in over 8 yrs and finally I decided it was time. I love the smile designers they made everything quick and painless. I will defiantly say I am happy with their services and will continue going for anything I need done!

The staff and hygienist were wonderful. The dentist was horrible. I have a lot of work being done and had questions. He became annoyed that I wasn't understanding his responses (obviously I'm not a dentist) and instead of explaining them he got up yelled at the hygienist "work up a plan" and walked out. I also just changed insurances (my husband got a promotion) their response was I will write down any questions you have and call you later. I said don't bother I will never be coming here again. Do you yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else

Refused to look at cavaties until i had a cleaning. Only made an appt for cavaties. Nice doctor refusing to see a patient in pain even if the patient has an appointment. He should have his license revoked.

It was my first visit and I loved it here, couldn't wait to get out to tell others about it. The place is very neat, lively and up to date. The staff from the receptionist, hygienist and dentist were all very friendly and my visit comfortable. The person who did my teeth, Tanya was so kind and had very steady hands. Didn't slip up or made me bleed at all. I had some terrible experiences in the past from other places, but this place gets me excited to go back.

**** BEWARE***** My wife went there with extreme pain and they told her they couldn't do anything to help her since she was pregnant and then sent her a $200 bill in the mail for literally making her come in for 5 minutes. Sit down. Then state nothing they can do and escorted her out.

Amazing! I am a brand new patient but I can honestly say, Dr.Wescott is the best dentist I have ever been to. He explains each step of the process and keeps you feeling comfortable even during fillings and typically uncomfortable dental work. I am so happy to have found a great dentist and his whole team works well together making sure you feel comfortable and happy throughout the whole process.

Absolutely amazed by my first visit! The whole place was very clean and up to date. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was super friendly and genuinely helpful. I have had nightmare experiences before at a different dentist and it was so nice to see that this dentist was the complete opposite! I am glad I have finally found a dentist that makes me feel at home as well as safe. I couldn't say enough about how great of a first impression the Smile Designers gave me! Absolutely recommend!

The hygienists and Dentists are always great, I've never had any issues. The receptionists, however, are literally always in a foul mood. I've been going here for the past six or seven years, and never had a positive experience with reception.

I was a patient for five years. After a filling they repaired three times fell out a week after the last fix, i called (in pain) and they told me the dentist was booking out over a month. Really? I went to Aspen Dental in Oneonta, who got me in within days and they found four (!) cavities that Smiles never noticed on my X-rays. The exams at Smiles consisted of him glancing at my X-rays, poking around with an explorer for less than 30 seconds and "See ya next time". The constant turn over in staff should have been my first clue, and the receptionists are utterly clueless. Three thumbs down!
