Best dental office ever, the doctor and office manager Ruben has one of the best customer services I ever received. He is very professional. He goes above and beyond to help. He even help me find a dental office that was better for my autistic daughter, she gave the doctor a hard time seeing her teeth. My 3 years old was so comfortable with getting her teeth cleaned. thank you for a wonderful experience I will not go anywhere else but smile design studio the best hand down

I was in a lot of pain and everyone there was so nice and really wanted to help me. It was a great experience all around I am looking forward to going again. If you want to go where you feel comfortable and taken care of this is the place. Thank you for helping me also I am very grateful..

I have had all my dental work done here for 2+ years and won't go anywhere else. Fast, professional, excellent results. Got a crown that looks perfect with minimal discomfort. Ruben always handles insurance with ease and explains treatment options well.

I had been to many dental places and this one exceeded my expectations I got my braces and every time I have problems they don't hesitate and they let me come the same day to fix the issue thank you for providing amazing customer service. My whole family goes to this place try it out.

I am so happy I found Smile Design Studio! I went for a second opinion and fell in love with the staff and Dr. Lizana. I decided to automatically change my old dentist and start my journey with Smile Design Studio. They are professional, helpful, fast and care for their patients. I recommend them 100%

Went in for a cleaning and an xray. The process was prompt and everyone was very nice. For everything that's been going on this year, they follow processes for the pandemic very well, I felt very safe. I facilities itself is very clean and new. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and actually have recently.

Beautiful office, friendly staff and good covid-19 safety measures. I came in for the first time and requested a basic teeth cleaning. I have a regular dentist but she was booked for the next week. This office is close to where I live. The staff and dentist kept saying I needed X-rays, deep cleaning or more expensive treatments. I politely denied several times and stated I was just looking for a regular teeth cleaning. I probably said the same thing over 15 times while in their office. I just want a regular teeth cleaning. The office manager eventually came back and said they would no longer be able to do the regular cleaning and the only option left was the more expensive deep cleaning. He kept saying it was because they are dental professionals and they knew more than me. Its such a cheesy sales tactic and I'm honestly not sure why dental offices keep doing this. When I didn't accept their upgrades, they refused to provide a regular teeth cleaning service. It felt like a used car dealer. In the end, I politely got up and left without getting any services completed. Before I left, I let the office manager and receptionist know that these types of situations are what lead to bad reviews, the office manager replied "then go see your regular dentist".

I'm very content with my visit, I had xrays taken by Jash and my cleaning by Josy. They were very clean and professional. The music is great and there was Netflix to watch ! Very great office for family & friends

I came to Smile Design for a deep clean and treatment plan and the process was very smooth and for an affordable price considering I don't have insurance at the moment. They gave me all the read pieces I needed and answered all my questions I had abt my plan and what I wanted/needed to do, I would recommend this office to anyone. Also the office is rlly clean! Everything was clean and nice, the office, the chairs and the bathroom! My services were provided by Mayelli and Jenny and the experience was pleasant and gentle, they made my visit very comfortable All staff was welcoming and friendly

Amazing! I haven't been to a dentist in a long time and was dreading what the outcome would be (mainly the cost). Ruben was nice enough to break everything down to help me understand what needed to be done and in the end the cost was not as much as I had feared. Mayelli was very sweet and attentive. She made sure I was taken care of as I waited for the doctor. Josephina was also very kind and made me feel at home. I mean the entire staff is great! I really appreciate their honesty from start to finish.
