Fantastic. I've had a new patient exam, a cleaning, a root canal and a filling so far this year from Dr. Palmer. Every procedure has been done with special care to minimize pain and thus has been the least painful dentistry I've had. Everyone at the practice is lovely to work with, and I've rarely waited more than a few minutes after arriving to be seen. The office is also quite nice. There are thoughtful touches throughout (nice saltwater fish tank, phone/device charging station, iPads above the chair with pleasant images for you to look at while you get your mouth worked on) that make a difference. I'm delighted that we have a dentist like this in Ellsworth!

Great office from Dr Palmer, his assistants, the hygienist and of course office staff! They are very caring and very professional! I had a tooth pulled recently ( I was very nervous) Dr Palmer was kind and did an awesome job! I left the office had minimal bleeding and pain. I would highly recommend this office!

Staff is wonderfully accommodating in this pleasant and friendly office. Dr. Palmer is meticulous in his work, explains procedures well and is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this stand out dental office!

Excellent, from someone who has years and years and more years of dental work elsewhere!! Very knowledgeable, takes time to discuss treatments, provides plenty of information, and goes out of his way to make patients comfortable. Major recent work involved replacing implants, and the final result is so much better than the original. Should have gone to Dr. Palmer first.

My daughter, Haley , recently became a patient for Dr. Palmers office and had the best "pain free" experience having a filling done.The staff is extremely friendly, her dental hygenstiest, Terra, made her feel completely at ease and answer any questions she had before her procedure which made her experience a good one as she has had some bad experiences in the past, they make you feel so welcomed along with a high level of professionalism! Smile design in Ellsworth is the best dentistry I've ever been to, too the time you walk in too the time you leave you feel welcomed and cared fore the hole team at smile design love there work and love the people they care fore no matter if you're 5 years old or 100 you're in great hands and you will leave with a big smile not just because of the great work but how they care and treat you, thanks smile design see you at my next cleaning ( :

truly appreciate Dr. Palmer and his staff. They are very helpful and really made an uncomfortable dental procedure as comfortable as possible. They have raised the bar for me in what I expect from dental work and comfort.

I have dreaded going to the dentist my entire life. After numerous visits at Smile Design where I saw Amy on several ocassions, I no longer dread going. Amy and the rest of the team are compassionate and very sensitive to their patient's feelings. I highly recommend the team at Smile Design
