Worst dental experience I've ever had. I had two fillings done and when the doctor came in, she was asking me where the fillings were because she was unsure and then looked at my x-rays for the first time before working on my teeth. After the fillings were done they never flossed in between each teeth to make sure nothing would get stuck. Here I am a week later with sensitivity on one of the teeth she worked on and I can't floss the tooth at all. The floss got stuck in my tooth and had to take out as much as I could with tweezers and it still did not get it all. And now it's just building up pressure and I'm in severe pain. This location when I called today said they don't have a doctor till next Monday expecting me to just sit here in pain till next week and then expect me to have to pay for additional dental work due to their mistake. Unbelievable.

I chose Smile Design because they offer laughing gas/nitrous oxide, which can make a procedure almost pleasant. I have been very happy at the Winter Springs location and with Dr Torkian. She was very knowledgeable, gentle and caring.

Our whole family goes here and has for a while now. My daughters and I had an appointment this morning and it was a great experience. I'm not one to leave a review usually but felt I really should. Reggie took care of us and helped my daughters and I feel comfortable in an environment where we normally feel anxious. We dont live close to the practice but it's totally worth the drive! Reggie, thank you for making our experience a great one!

This is an awesome dental facility. I went there as a new patient. Everyone there was so friendly, welcoming, and effective. Pamela at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Next, Caleb was very skilled as he took my dental X-rays and pictures. Then I met Dr. Westres as he went over the results and further examined my teeth. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned that same morning by Carla, who was also excellent . As a senior citizen, I really appreciate such a wonderful and caring dental facility. They definitely get my highest recommendation.

This office first of all is very very very accommodating, professional, empathetic with me at all my visit. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Westres, Amber, Caleb and Reggie and all so kind and professional it makes my visits so easy. When first arrive I am greeted by first name with so much excitement and happiness from both Pam and office manager Shenade. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Shenade she has made me feel like family. I would recommend everyone I know they are everything you expect a professional dental office to be.

I have been looking for a dental office for my surgery and really after I went to this place and explained my urgency on my mouth I scheduled my appointment and today I have the pleasure of being attending from a group of professionals the Dentist. Assistance and staff are overalls great I will sent of my friends to this location in winter springs. Thanks to John the dentist and all his beautiful staff.

I've been terrified of going to the dentist all my life, and I've been to a few dentists where the experience justified that fear. Not this office! Every single person in this office is friendly, patient, sets you at ease, and makes sure you're comfortable. They explain everything they're doing before they do it, they go over the treatment plan and cost before the appointment starts, and they do great work. Going to the dentist is no longer a fear for me, thanks to this office!

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also greet me by name and make me feel comfortable. Going to the dentist is scary for a lot of people and this office makes it much more relaxed with their professionalism and kindness. That and my smile has never looked brighter.

Good and poor review folks. Winter Springs office on 434... Good: Shenade (OM) is the BEST. Extremely professional, kind and understanding as well as a good listener. Yesterday, I had one of the most horrible experiences interacting with the Dentist. Long story...anyway, Shenade made sure to call me when I got home and apologized up and down after hearing me out about my experience with the Doctor. I would rate her at 5 stars. Her front office personnel were very helpful. The person who greets you at the front can be a little more welcoming and smile a little more but overall they seem to be good people. Poor: The Doctor or Dentist John Westres...is not a very good listener. He tends to speak at you not too you. Seems to have huge ego. Very pushy and not one who takes the time to hear and understand you. Not a very good people person...needs to take a class in social skils. One would think that a person in his position would show more empathy, understanding etc of what a patient thinks they need or can afford. I was trying to explain a financial issue to him while he was pushing me to extract a tooth that I couldn't afford (financially) to have taken out at the current time. I also explained that... in my initial evaluation but he neglected to put that in his notes so when I came in to have my temporary partial put in, he drlled me to have the extraction done. I repeatedly told him I did not want to have it done and he continued speaking to me like as If I were a small child or like he was my Daddy. Totally unprofessional and definitely not a people person. Today I went in for a second attempt to have my partial put in (giving them a 2nd chance)... and not once did he apologize. He acted as if I had not been wronged in our previous encounter. What I had done today, could've been done yesterday so he wasted my time. Also Shenade had to actually sit in on the visit to "baby sit" him and seemed to show him how to interact with patients. I give him 5 wormy apples.

Wonderful experience with my three children. Reggie is absolutely amazing with my son who is terrified of getting his teeth cleaned. The receptionist are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Staff! Very thorough and informative! Ms. Ana, in the front desk, is very knowledgeable about insurances and follows through in a timely manner. Their COVID protocols makes me feel safe.

Honesty, integrity, skill and knowledge. They really care about their patients. They treat you with professionalism and respect. It feels like family. Dr. Sanglang is fantastic. Reggie the hygienist is the best without question. Office ladies are nice. Great dental work. My whole family goes here, and we will never leave. After we went to many bad dentists, we found All in one dentistry of Winter Springs and we can not say enough good things. Top Notch in all areas.

Love this Dentist practice. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. Emily the hygienist is kick butt (G rated per the Doc) she took her time with explaining the game plan and she was very gentle with her touch and confident in her approach. She even took the time to explain to my wife(the boss) and ensure we all were on the same page. Love the cleanliness of the office, personable staff. Highly recommended All In One. Best dentist office by far!!!!!!!!

All in one Dentistry and braces is such a friendly place. The staff is so great and they made me feel right at home. 10/10 highly recommend this place for everybody. Everything is clean and honestly this is the best dentist I have been too in a while.
