They charge for irrigation when I didn't get it during my cleaning and my cleanings are free from insurance but not irrigation so it's a way for them to make some money!!!

Both the dentists and staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. T, who I adored, has unfortunately just left the practice, but her replacement, Dr. Bhakta, made a wonderful first impression. I'm always struck by how kind and professional everyone is, and for a nervous dentist goer like me, I really appreciate when they pat your shoulder during a procedure. I would definitely recommend this office to friends or anyone else in the area. After a few years of being a patient here, I have yet to have a bad or lack luster experience.

Shout out to Andrea Ramos!!! She is the best!!! I followed her from the old location to this one in Winter Spring. She is absolutely brilliant and awesome. The staff here is very nice and professional. I highly recommend.

Initial experience was okay. I needed several appointments to complete the course of treatment that was recommended by their doctor. After my third appointment I needed to change the date for the fourth appointment for me and my son. We had 4 appointments for the same date. I was scheduled for fillings and a cleaning and my son was as well. I called and spoke to the lady with the English accent who initially told me she had changed my appointments from May 9th to May 16th. This was not the case! I received a automated call just days letter informing me of my appointment on May 9th. After calling, I spoke to the same lady who informed that she had overlooked and appointment because my son and I had the same name with different middle initials. Then she began to tell me that our names are "unacceptable and we should change our names." Are you kidding me?!? This is the kind of staff you have representing your company? What a joke. I asked all my appointments be cancelled. I will be filling complaints. I hope she doesn't get tipped up with anymore ethnic names.

In one of the offices, my tooth was ruined. Stay away from this place! Today they are open and tomorrow there is suddenly no doctor who ruined your tooth, he moved and nobody knows anything about him. I curse them!

Helen is absolutely amazing. Nothing makes me more nervous then the dentist but thanks to Helen she gave me a sense of comfort, always kept a positive attitude, and dud everything to ensure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate people like Helen and her level of customer service and her compassion for what she do and her patients.. Thank you Helen && don't stop spreading positive vibes!! See you soon!

Helen was awesome when it came to fitting my dentures . She's a great sculptures in denture fittings . As your swelling goes down she adjust your dentures to fit Great work Helen

Helen and Dr T are awesome. I am not the world's best dental patient and because of that I often have emergencies that others don't. Dr T was thorough with her step by step explanations of the process to fix my teeth. When Dr T numbed my mouth it didn't even feel like she used a needle. Helen is thoughtful, caring and phenomenal at her job. She knew I was nervous but she did an incredible job to make me feel comfortable. Helen also had an awesome music mix. I would highly recommend Helen and Dr T. Great people, great service and comforting environment.

I had to get a crown and Helen and Dr. T did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were very conscientious, attentive to detail and thorough. My temporary crown set very well and I had no problems with it at all and today I got the permanent tooth put in...Overall, great work!

Amazing dentistry, very friendly i hate going to the dentist because of anxiety but the staff there like Hellen made it a very pleasant experience she spoke to me helped me clam down very kind and genuine person and Dr. Torkian also is very nice doctor and very good at what she does. They also helped me in my financial situation witch I'm very grateful for. Definitely recommend and definitely will get the rest of my teeth done here for sure.

I was in pain and in need of a good and reasonable dentist having visited others and was not very happy or comfortable, so I decided to pursue a list of dentists by phone and I finally called Smile Design Dentistry and I was very impressed starting with my first conversation with the receptionist Maggie who made me feel very comfortable then it only got better as Helen prepared me for Dr Torkian and before doing any work they explained options and procedures, then the actual extraction was taken care of with great care and professionalism today I have no pain and a better smile overall my whole experience with the entire staff was very great and comfortable I will Hesitate to recommend smile design dentistry to anyone who ever is looking for great care and attention and a lot of understanding, can't wait for my next appointment.
