Horrible ! Dentist repaired my front tooth And did it wrong ! had to go back and have it repaired again correctly ! drilled through my front tooth now my front tooth is extremely sensitive and feels like it's breaking when I eat food ! The computer was not working for my x-rays had to be rebooted several times to be able to see my pictures and x-rays not recommended

Dr. Jergins is amazing. My entire family goes to this office and he is truly the most gentle, professional and caring dentist we've ever seen. You can tell that he cares about his patients and that he's very good at what he does. If other reviews question this office, it must be about not really understanding what goes into dentistry. I know that Dr. Jergins is worth every penny and he is very honest. You can tell! This office has a nice staff and really nice people at the front desk. I could go on and on because it feels good to have a dental office we can trust, and where we get great care for our teeth.

Very surprised that this place is getting good reviews. I sent xrays in from my former dentist. SDD told me to come in early for my appointment. When I got there the person told me I was going to get a full set of xrays. Told her "no". They used my xrays but billed me for the xrays plus a doctor exam which I didn't get because the dentist was busy. He did see me for 2 minutes during my cleaning. I called them to remove the xray bill and asked that the exam charge be removed, too. They refused. I guess there are other dentists...Good cleaning but would not recommend.

Dr Jergins and all the people working there are just so nice.I used to be very nervous about going to the dentist but they make you feel so comfortable.

My experience at this dentist office made my day. The dentist, dental assistant, and all of the employees were geniunely kind and warm. The service is impeccable. I am so glad that I made the switch from the Smile Design on Little Rd. This dentist has better technology, is gentle, thorough and HONEST. I would highly recommend.

I visited this dental office in January. They said I needed a deep clean at the cost of $2497, reduced to$1411 since I had insurance. $1411 TO CLEAN MY TEETH. I sought another opinion and have since had my teeth cleaned twice by advanced dental arts. These people are scammers. The hygienist was ready to clean my teeth and then the doctor walked in. You could tell by the hygienist face it was a scam. Guess he had a quota to make. Avoid this practice

I'm not sure where to begin. That's the reason it has taken me some time to address the issues I endured at this office. I needed to have some dental work done and was given a referral to this office. Not only did my new crowns not match my actual teeth they also did not match each other. They did not fit in the space they were measured for and are not straight. I told the dentist while I was having treatment but nothing was done to rectify the situation :( One of my crowns has since cracked due to the positioning and while the dentist was working in my mouth had managed to chip two other permanent teeth! They had a new employee that was a dental assistant that hurt me numerous times on my last visit that now I'm afraid to go back for my remaining appointments! Their prices are extremely high. Even after insurance. I ended up paying over $400 for one arch to be cleaned besides what I was charged for the rest of the work they had done to not only be very disappointed and upset but also be totally out of pocket! I am very saddened by how I thought my teeth would now look to how they actually look :/

I don't even know where to begin.... I have always shown kindness, professionalism, and understanding to the folks in this office - but I don't know what's going on there now. I've had multiple billing issues and had an assistant argue with me that I hadn't paid for something (it later came out that I had in fact paid for this) and not so much as an apology or acknowledgment. The dentist himself almost forgot to take the bottom attachments off of my teeth - had I not said something and stopped him, they would still be on my teeth! Immediately after they did bonding on almost all of my top teeth - they (being the assistant who just helped do the work) tried to offer me whitening. Why would I have whitening done on bonding? I said to her - would that make a difference? I mean we just did all this bonding? and she admitted that it wouldn't make a difference. I was supposed to get a refund for this whitening, because it had been pre-paid - that was in February and I still haven't received that refund. Finally, during my last visit - I had impressions taken for a retainer. 3 months later, I still had not received a retainer or call that it was in to pick up. I wound up calling myself to check and see what the hold up was and the receptionist couldn't find anything and said she'd have to call me back. Miraculously, an hour later I got a call "hey, your retainer is ready to come pick up!" How long had it been just sitting there? This place is just a mess and I'm switching to another dental provider as a result. If you're a patient here - make sure you're inspecting your bills and don't be afraid to speak up if you feel like something isn't right - because chances are, you're right!

Great service...steep prices! It's a shame really. Dentist is great, service great...but they are more expensive than many other practices. Cleanings should be $111 to $150...Smile Design $250 to greater than $300! Whoa! Bring your wallets when you patronize Smile Design folks! If not for the high comparative costs...I would rate a "5".

Great dentist, but unable to actually keep appointments. While doctors in general are incredibly inconsiderate regarding valuing the time of their patients, this office is the worst I have seen. They have a policy charging patients for missing appointments, however they have cancelled three appointments with my wife with less than an hour notice. If you would like to be able to say you have a dentist without ever actually having to go, this is your office. If you actually need or want a dentist, find someone else.

I will start by saying that the office staff, hygienists, and office manager are all extremely wonderful. Kind and good at their jobs. If it were just them, we would never go anywhere else. However, we will never step foot into this office again. At my son's cleaning, the doctor told him everything was clear and decided to "watch" a large visible cavity. I was informed by several hygienists that this would not heal itself and needed to be filled. When we went today to have it filled, the doctor was extremely arrogant and cocky and made a snarky comment about my "experience diagnosing decay". I should have walked out then. When he numbed my son's mouth, which took several minutes, he shoved the needle in too far, and my son could feel it hit the bone. While it numbed part of his tongue, the drilling was still painful. Again, I wish that there was the same staff with a different dentist. He was either lazy or incompetent, and most definitely arrogant and rude.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I have NEVER been to a more unprofessional and scheming office in my entire life... In a nutshell, I had a bonding on my front tooth placed back in high school. After 10+ years it finally fell out. Due to the convenience of the location, I scheduled with the Trinity office to have my bonding redone. A week or so later, it falls out again. I'm told by the office staff "this can happen, it's normal" . I get talked into veneers on my front teeth- $2,000+ later (thank GOD I had a dental plan). Just a little over a year, the back of the veneer/edging chips out of no where. I, yet again, am told by office staff "that's normal" (NO IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT). Go in to have it looked at / re-bonded in the back- another $200 charged. One week later, the ENTIRE veneer pops off my tooth when biting into a soft sandwich. Called to address this and am told "that can happen" by 'Candy' for third time now. At this point, I am livid and request to be seen at a different smile design location (Tarpon), thinking I'd get some kind of accommodation. NOPE. Dr. Brandon tells me at the Tarpon office that I have a bite issue - something that I was NEVER made aware of and/or warned about by the Trinity office as to why Veneers would not be the most 'long lasting solution'. Dr. Brandon adjusted my problematic bottom tooth, and re-cemented the veneer- another $500 down the drain. I called the Trinity office to complain and 'Gracie' promised me a partial refund of only $200. Fast forward a month later, I never even received that refund. Attempted to call her last week and 'Candy' picks up, stating Gracie had been out of the office that entire time (yea, right). Called again today and at first 'Candy' says Gracie was available, but after she inquired about who was calling, she changed her answer to "she's on the other line but says she's processing your refund today". I am absolutely tired of this office staff avoiding their customers, lying, and being unprofessional. I will NEVER return to Smile Design and have warned every single friend / family member that I have about the experience.

Had my first visit today and what a great experience. There was no wait, the office was clean and the staff was very friendly. The doctor took his time to review the treatment and get me taken care of same day. I had such a horrible toothache and now I feel a lot better.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were all very friendly. Jessica took my x-rays and she was great. Betsy did my cleaning and she was very informative, and extremely thorough. Perhaps the best cleaning I have ever had. Since my last dental hygienist retired I have been looking for a new dentist. Happy to have found them!

My daughter went to this dentist and paid $335.40 for a deep cleaning. When the insurance came back, my insurance company told me that the dentist did not file the correct paperwork before this procedure and would not pay for anything saying we owed around $700. The office told me they knew what they were doing, but obviously did not contact the insurance company. The dentist office submitted the claim again and then a third time. The explanation of benefits came back in December 2020 that I actually owed $166.80 meaning I overpaid $168.60. When they thought I owed them money, someone from the office would speak to me. When they realized I overpaid, they told me my daughter was 25 and they would not speak to me anymore. My daughter spoke with Gracie on 1/18/2021 and she told my daughter the refund would be issued in the next 7 to 10 days. Still no refund. Today, Gracie told my daughter that the refund was just approved today and when she sent my daughter the email, it says they are only refunding $65.60. And now my daughter gets hung up on or sent to voice mail when she tries to call back.

I want to personally thank Betsy Pinto at Smile Design for being my hygienist for the last 31 years . Also , I am looking forward to the services of Dr. Jergins who succeeded retired Dr. Dempsey , who was my Dentist for 28 years .
