New patients don't get free exams and X-Rays. After spending almost $300 on exams and X-Rays he cancels my appointment. He said I had to many health issues. He had a month to review my profile too. Won't mail me my X-Rays that are on two CD's because he said they would break.

This place is a complete mess upfront the little old lady with the glasses is loud and you can hear her screaming and yelling at the assistants just not a good place to be relaxed before a procedure is done my anxiety was through the roof. I won't be coming back to this location especially being a black man I felt racist vibes from this lady...

The weirdest place I have ever been to, I had an appointment set for 8am ( dental cleaning). When I set up the appointment they said I will performing dental xray, scanning etc which I agreed on. I got there before 8am, the place wasn't open yet, I waited in my car, then got in five minutes after 8am. I did the necessary paperwork, assessment and xray, waited in the exam room for 20 minutes, which I did mind. I have to say they were nice and knowledgeable. After all the above the lady came in to tell me that my appointment was at 8am they won't be able to clean my teeth because my appointment is past. I have never heard of anything like this before. What was the point of them giving me a 8am appointment when they knew the assessment takes sometime. If you're particular with your schedule don't go to this place, it's a disappointment

I would like to start by saying that I am extremely thankful for Dr. Bohrer, and team. Dr. Bohrer focused on my entire situation, and immediately he offered a number of options allowing me to choose while guiding me in the right direction, and accomadting. The procedure was done with his heart I felt it. Dr. Bohrer has a gentle touch which helps reduce pain during, and after the procedure. I'm extremely thankful for Dr. Bohrer, and his team! Made such an impact I can't wait to come back!

Awful. Dentist seemed to be all over the place not knowing what was going on and cocky. Waited for 45 minutes and was told had no time for a cleaning when I requested the same day. Will never go back to that office

Very long wait. Appt for cleaning at 12. Never ever got it. After 1.5 hours I left. I cannot wait soooo long. Makes me nervous.

I'm giving 2 stars only because Dr Tehrani was very thorough and very friendly but the office staff that handles the insurance deserve no stars. I have excellent insurance coverage and have never paid for routine cleaning. I was told it would cost $300+. I informed them my insurance covered routine cleaning twice a year. I was then told it was because I needed full mouth debridement which I'm sure is not true, but even so I checked with my insurance company and even that is covered. This happened with another dentist a few years back but due to my ignorance of my policy I lost a lot of money. The dentist was paid twice as I paid the bill and so did my insurance company. I will not be that foolish again.

I love these guys. Everyone there is amazing. Dr Brandon is funny and makes going to the dentist enjoyable. They are quick and efficient! I've avoided the dentist for years but this office? I actually WANT to go. Just a great feeling everytime I walk in their door. Definitely MY dental office, from now on.

The caps that were put on were the wrong color, crooked, didn't cover the teeth completely so now the teeth are rotting underneath. At one point I had gotten a new employee and they said a terrible job on my teeth, not knowing it was done by their office.

What a rip off. Have an exam get a estimates for four cavities to be fixed in mybsons front teeth. Have two of the four fixed and pay 75% of the estimates and they claim now more cavities then initial visit. Oldest trick in the book bait and switch. DISHONEST MONEY GRABBING OFFICE.

500 to pull a tooth I felt alot of pain and no meds. I'm Really sore and nothing for pain except motrin which what I went through I needed more than motrin I was in so much pain. And they told me tooth started at 100 and up I've had teeth Pullen before I just should of went back to the place I been before no where near as much. Service is horrible. They amount to pull a tooth is ridiculous don't go unless u got some good insurance

Had an appointment at 8:30 for my boyfriend to go in and have and exam done to see about an extraction for a broken moler.we arrive early he gets out of car to get a better look at the number to call was told by the staff inside that someone would be out right way to bring him in so i take the car to get something to eat. Im gone maybe 4ish minutes and he is still standing outside waiting so now he has been standing outside for about 6ish minutes in the sun and florida heat before someone come and takes his temperature, of course he is warm but she lets him to begin paper work(he has never been here before), there is NO ac on and he was only given 2 minutes to "cool down" before he is re checked. He is still too warm so they tell him to leave.... Staff clearly doesn't understand how to properly communicate with patients, if you tell them you will be right out then you need to keep that and staff need to properly trained on how the body warms and cools. Ended up spending nearly an hour and half to find an office that had time for an emergency extraction. I understand how scary covid is but having staff that cant do there job in a medical field is just plain sad.we will never recommend or be returning to this place of business.
