I had my first visit today at The Smile Design. Dr. Munro and his staff were all very friendly. The dental hygienist was really gentle. I recommend this place if you're looking for a dentist in the area!

All I wanted was teeth cleaning, they said I have to come in for initial screening, I agreed. They gave me a same day appointment at 12pm. I scrambled to move things around at work to make it on time. I did. By 12:50pm I was still waiting to be seen. I left! Very unprofessional.

The sheer amount of attention to detail, compassion, and care for patients is unparalleled. I know everyone by name and they all ask me how my life is going based on what we talked about last visit. They know their patients and genuinely care about not only our pretty teeth but our lives too! They have become great friends and I can't recommend them enough.

This dentist office is very professional, caring, and polite. I had veneers and full crowns done previously that were not fitted correctly resulting in some decay which I found out about when I went in for a cleaning. They got me in as soon as possible to redo all front 6 teeth both veneers and full crowns. Dr. Mathew, the head dentist, and his dental assistant Linda I believe, made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I have had traumatic experiences with the dentist so them making me feel comfortable and up to date with what was going on was so important to me. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Mathew is a perfectionist and my teeth fit my smile beautifully and naturally, much much better than before. I will continue to travel from out of state to go here. As other reviews said there is only one dentist so you may have to wait but have patience the wait is worth the quality of dental care you receive from him. 5/5 stars

I haven't been the best at taking care of my teeth but am now really loving going to the dentist. Dr. Munro has the most delicate hands and uses a lot of positive reinforcement to help me feel comfortable during the process. Both recent visits Yotti talked to me, helping me feel at ease about the procedures. Clyde at the front desk is also so sweet and informative. He's been so helpful and patient helping me figure out my insurance situation. I used to be so nervous about the Dentist but that has completely changed since coming to Smile Design. Dr. Esi is amazing. He is now our family dentist. The staff in the office is also fantastic. I highly recommend.

I love this dentist. The staff is friendly and professional. They take the time to explain treatment and I never felt like a bottom line. The dentist is also very talented and highly skilled. The only thing that separates this practice from 5 stars is there is only one dentist so you will be waiting a lot during treatment.

Tools were NOT clean, but at the time i was a minor and listened to my parents and dentists best instruction. Had 4 fillings 2 years ago- 3 have come out and are now causing me immense pain. Upon going to another dentist 6 mo after visiting smile design, 1 of the fillings was already cracked.

The front desk staff, hygienist and dentist are pleasant to deal with. Everyone is nice. But I come to the dentist to get dental work done and what's important to me is that it is done accurately and in a timely manner. I came twice and I waited over an hour both times because they give multiple patients the same time or maybe 30min difference for procedures that take 2 hours. The dentist moves from room to room. I am numb about to get a crown and the dentist is with another patient. I want to be the priority when I'm at the dentist because I already don't want to be here LOL. I don't want to spend 5 hours at the dentist. I'd rather pay more to get the dentist full attention for my 2 hour procedure. I would not recommend this place if you want to be in and out. That does not exist here.

I have always recommended Dr. Munro! He does great work, and always make you feel comfortable. Thank you so much! I was super nervous on getting my wisdom tooth pulled Dr Munro and his team did amazing job. They know hiw to easy your mind. I told my dental team to go get work done by him! Lol.

5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH. Dr. Munro is the best dentist in the area. He's courteous, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Completely painless experience. Would recommend him to anyone.

From personal experience, if you want an ethical, knowledgeable, and accomplished trusted advisor for dental hygiene, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Munro and his support team at Smile Design Dentistry. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like a valued patient and your well-being is his priority. I commute at least twice a year from South Florida, since I simply have not found a more excellent dentist for my continued oral care! Trust in Dr. Munro!

As I walked in, I was immediately welcomed with such kindness. I was nervous going to the dentist since I haven't been in a while but working with Norman the hygienist immediately made me comfortable. He was so warm and gentle. He explained the process, why and how he was doing things. He was very gentle and made sure I was taken care of. I was very pleased with the experience. The whole environment was great and I would def recommend it!
