DR. MIKHAIL & his staff are Extremely Professional & Courteous individuals who care for you & explain every aspect of the procedures to take place - I would highly recommend for anyone in need of a Great Dentist! I visited the doctor again on April 25th for bonding/fillings and was extremely satisfied. The doctor and his staff are extremely kind & thoughtful to your every needs!

This office has amazing customer service. The dentist was super nice and the hygienist was so sweet. Pricing is VERY fair if you need to pay out of pocket. My prior dentist quoted me $2000 for crown and Smile design was half that. The location is extremely convenient as well. I recommend!

Just had my second appointment at this office today and I have nothing but great things to say. They made scheduling my first appointment simple and easy (and actually answered the phone unlike the two other offices I called on my list). The staff is so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience that much better as it's been several years since I've been to the dentist. They have been super helpful and transparent when it comes to my treatment plan/insurance etc. If you want a dentist and staff that genuinely cares and will make the process simple and painless I highly recommend giving them a call!

Very attentive to my sensitivity. They do a great job with my deep cleaning plans and now I started Invisalign, which is going great so far. I wanted to also add that the staff is very friendly.

Terrible customer service... They informed I have $100 credit on my account for over charging me for a crown. I asked to cut me a check for it, but informed that's not the typical way to receive a credit. Why not? it's my fund!!! Then they said that they would have to get approval from their district manager. I had asked for this credit/check since April of 2020, now it is Jan 2021. Not to mention making 10+ phone calls. Their excuse was always the same, 'we have a new manager.' This is not acceptable...a bad business practice.

Absolutely terrible experience, spent 30min filling out their online new patient forms. I asked via email if my insurance covered everything, I was told in writing there is no out of pocket expense. Then showed up to my appointment and was told they never received the new patient information and I had to spend 30min before my appointment filling it out all over again. They could have told me this before showing up if they already knew this, so that I could have come in early. This concerned me so I asked in person to verify my insurance and got a rude response "I ALREADY TOLD YOU IT COVERS EVERYTHING" Now I am getting a bill in the mail, turns out not only did my insurance NOT cover 100% of my costs, I have an out of pocket deductible AND they tried billing my insurance for personal protective equipment that was denied. This office will tell you whatever they can to get you in the door, then provide services they know your insurance does not cover and leave you with the bill!! This is the most dishonest dental office I have ever dealt with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Got my cleaning done and whew it's over but very glad to pick this office! I went to two Dental offices before choosing this office. The office is clean, structured, sanitary, and organized. Dr.Jose was the ultimate reason why I made this my dental office. She has a comforting warmth to her, she is professional, efficient, direct, and made you feel confident about the treatment plan. The staff, Francis and Terry were on point with the protocols, efficient, and kept a good patient flow. Ely, was full of smiles and quick to getting my next appointments scheduled for the busy start of 2021. The Hygienist, took the time to listen to my anxieties and successfully did my cleaning with no pain, THANK YOUU. As far as the recent complaints below my review, it's important to remember YOU, the patient, must be proactive and persistent in filling out paperwork before your appointment and getting all the insurance questions and details answered before you agree to continue with treatment. I was on top of all my stuff when I had insurance questions and called the office, Francis was good to scan and email a rerun of my new insurance of what it would cover. It's January, they have a million of new insurances to verify. Also you can always call your insurance and look at your plan to see what will be covered and what won't. My last appointment I showed up 15 min early and they got me in early. So I am very satisfied with the work done at this office.

I came here with my mom not too long ago and it was incredible ! She's a big baby when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Tina was amazing! The office was so clean and the whole staff was so caring. All the right COVID precautions were taken, will definitely be coming back !!

The staff is amazing! I love my dentist, Dr. Jose. She fixed my fillings and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. The team went above and beyond including the front desk Francis and assistant Eli. Appreciate you all.

I have been with smile design of linebaugh location for almost 2 years, I had excellent experience from higinists and doctors,but for almost 2 weeks I have been calling in order to clarify a bill they submitted to me .Office manager has no manners, rude and disrespectful, she was talking about my dental disease and condition in the middle of the front desk,what everyone know is not keeping the Hippa Rights.At the end of our conversation I ask for her supervisor or corporate phone number .she does not have their number

I mean everyone here is awesome !! I had an appointment and they were right on time ! From the Hygienist to the Dental Assistants (A young lady and a young man) to the Manager(Frances) and the front desk ! All COVID guidelines too were taken care off and I felt safe. I feel they just earned a whole family's trust today ! Kudos to these great people here. Coming with my whole family next time.

Wonderful location! I had the best experience even when walking through the front door! Frances the office manager helped me with my finances and Eli and Laura the assistants helped me with my nerves and explained everything that what was going to happen. Dr. Jose was super sweet in taking her time with me, listening to me and answering all the questions I had. After years of not being in the dentist, this was a great experience! Thank you smile design dentistry!

I had a problem with my billing; however, corporate was able to get this resolved rather quickly. I appreciate their time and effort in rectifying this issue. In regards to the staff at this location: Dr. Jose is simply the best. She is a great dentist. The dental assistant is an artist when it comes to crowns. Back office needs some work though.

The Patient care was Excellent , Friendly and the time spent explaining everything in detail was Great ! Dr. Andrew Mikhail was a really great pleasure to speak with and made your time there a really comfortable and enjoyable time . Dr. Andrew Mikhail was very detailed in explaining everything which was great. I like the very positive personality Dr. Andrew Mikhail had during my appointment. Which is great for a dentist. The front desk was very pleasant as well . The hygienist was informative too during my appointment An did an Excellent job during my appointment as well. Everyone from start to finish. Very happy to have found Dr. Andrew Mikhail.
