Everytime I go in for my visit always nice and professional. Always upfront pricing so I know and I sign what I'm going to pay. Always good work when I get my cleaned my dental hygienist always make my teeth feel so good and clean unlike others I have been to in the past. I love Dr. Liza Hall and Desiree in the front office is amazing

Please make sure you get a second opinion, my husband went there and walked out with a 3500 quote for work that did not need to be done. I worked for a dentist for 35 years and sent a copy of the X-ray to my dentist in Michigan and he said he did not need this work done.... Please see some one else , they are there to make money ! I want a dentist that treats me like family...

Clean, friendly, professional, staff , knowledgeable , efficient , conveniently located . My experience has always been a good one and I would highly reccomend Smile Design in Summerfield near the Villages. Nancy G. Update: after returning from Covid lockdown, I feel I was upsold on procedures I did not need. I was charged above what my insurance paid . I changed to Baylee Dental. I do not need a crown as I was told at smile design. I'm very disappointed at the way they are now doing business. No up selling at Baylee .

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Feliciano and hygienist Angie. Absolutely best dental experience in my many years of regular dental care. From the initial exam to needed procedure I was amazed with every level of care. Dr Liza and Angie are truly the total package. Never hurried-answered all questions -alleviated my concerns. This is my dental practice for life!!! Highly recommend to anyone who is searching for an outstanding dental practice.

Loved the hygienist, Angie but the practice is too busy. We were scheduled to have a cleaning 7/26/21 but the hygienist called in sick. We were called that day but the soonest we could make another appointment was November so we asked to be put on on all list but we never received a call. We had been going every 4 months. Now we've changed dentist

$80.00 vs $455.00 SO, I just had two molar teeth surgically extracted by Dr. Burchfield at Greenberg Dentistry Eustis today. Although, like most dental offices, the front desk staff are very poor with customer service and treatment, the Dr. was awesome. He had those two nasty buggers out in under 4 minutes. I was in and out in say, 35-40 minutes total. He was friendly and professional. I saved $375.00 because I decided to NOT have Hall do it. Even after I researched it and told her that "FOAM" was not a necessity she would not remove it from my treatment. She was over charging me for the two extractions, added an unnecessary surgical irrigation charge(for each tooth) and an unneeded alveoloplasty. NONE OF THIS STUFF WAS NEEDED at Greenberg's. He pulled 'em, stitched 'em and just $80.00 lighter in the wallet I was on my merry way. IMHO, I believe Dr. Hall is out for the MONEY$$$$$. She has hit me up with overcharges on other work I regretfully had her do. I think she sees that her patients are mostly "VILLAGERS", having big pensions and high-end healthcare advantage plans, so she hits them up for as much $$$$$$$$$$ as she can get out of them. NOT ME ANYMORE !!!! I just remembered. When at Hall's for treatment I was in some pain from the abscess. She took my BP and it was high. She refused to treat me and sent me to my PC Dr. to get a permission slip for her to treat me. I do not have a BP problem. Otherwise my PC Dr would have me on BP meds, right? It is just always high at the dentists because of anxiety. She sent me on my way BUT I had to ask for a pain meds and antibiotic for the abscess-----------they did not even offer it. P.S. I am going to use some of the $375.00 I saved to donate to charity. The rest I'll spend on FUN STUFF !!!

Had an appointment for teeth cleaning about 3 weeks ago. The morning of the appointment (about an hour before) got call letting me know my appointment was canceled. No explanation! Was told someone would call me to reschedule? 3 weeks went by and no one bothered to call me. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I seen them 2 weeks ago and I like them. They made me feel really comfortable and answered my questions. Would recommend this Dentist to all my Friends. Best Service from a Dentist ever.

They scheduled me 2 months out for a bad tooth and gave me a price of $325 after my insurance and when I got there on my appointment date they tried to tell me I was scheduled for something I was not and wanted me to pay $1190 out of pocket. The lady at the front counter argued with me and laughed in my face when I tried to explain to her that I was not scheduled for what she was trying to tell me I was scheduled for. I was not able to speak or see the dentist and had to call my insurance company to find another dentist. I do not recommend this dentist office at all. Staff is rude and not helpful at all!!

Had a very uncomfortable visit. The lady cleaning my teeth was very rude. Wouldn't answer any questions. She did say I needed an irrigation on one tooth which also needed a deep cleaning. I told her I didn't want an irrigation. She did it anyway!!! Went for a second opinion with a periodontist and he said I didn't need a deep cleaning!!! Without insurance I would have to pay over $900.00 for one tooth. But with insurance it was under $400.00!! Dentist was also in on this!! Shameful case of up selling. Beware!

Office staff was friendly and competent. 45 min late getting me in which I can understand. I went for an exam and cleaning two hrs later, no cleaning ,but I did get an exam laying out the details for 12,000$ worth of work! Won't be back. I call that bait and switch.
