Dr Gulati and her entire staff are wonderful, Perfect size office, not too big that you feel lost in the crowd, not too small that you have to wait for attention due too lack of staff. Perfect. Front desk is friendly and professional, hygienists are warm with great tunes playing while they clean your teeth. Dr Gulati is the best dentist I've ever had. She's thorough, fixed a chip in my front tooth flawlessly and is a genuinely nice dentist that cares about my dental health. I highly recommend her office. A great experience every time I go in. When it's time to see a dentist, do yourself favor and go to her.

Hate that I have to do this because I have otherwise had a great experience over the last 3 years. There were issues with verifying my insurance during my vist and they keep sending me bills. I have reached out through email, phone/voicemail, and even their chat and haven't received a response in weeks. This could be resolved in minutes as my provider has informed me. I would highly recommend looking for other options than this practice unless you want to be completely ignored if you ever change insurance and need to resolve issues. Shockingly poor customer service

Going to the dentist makes everyone nervous ( that's a fact. ) The last time I went to the dentist I was treated horribly, there was no calming me. When you aren't treated well, you tend to shy away from things, I did. From the moment I walked into Smile Design I felt the most positive vibes of my life. The staff is amazing, so kind and patient. You are treated like you matter. Dr. Gulati is as amazing as her staff, I'm recommending Smile Design to all of my friends and family members. Thank You Smile Design for a first great experience.

OMG - horrible experience!!!!! Made me wait forever, staff was poorly trained, dentist was RUDE. 3 hrs and nothing was done!!

This is the absolute worst dental office. Completely unprofessional and mismanaged. Communication was non-existent. I waited 2 hours to be seen just for the equipment not to work. I left without being serviced. I have never had such a pathetic experience. I would give this practice 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend that anybody choose this place.

I had to have a crown done and it was the first major dental work that I have had there. It was an excellent experience. Dr. G and Paige are both awesome.

They tried to rip me off. They are rude. Unprofessional and dishonest. They wanted and insisted I have x-rays and see the dentist, though I had x-rays done up north. All i wanted was a simple cleaning. They said they got the x-rays from my Dentist in Vt. When I got there. They said they didn't have them. I declined to have x-rays. And the office manager Arlene yelled at me in the middle of the Office. Incredibly unprofessional, rude and unethical.Ive filed a complaint against them w the State. Do not use this dental practice!

This place will try to rip you off! The doctor could care less about your needs only what's in your pockets. I go to crescent lake family dentistry now and have saved thousands. I didn't need crowns or all that extra stuff they add to deep cleanings. I'm so happy I listened to my instincts and went for a second opinion. Run as far as you can from this scam!

5* all the way! I had exceptional, friendly, caring service from Arlene, office manager; Amy, hygienist, Paige, dental assistant, and Dr Yutki Gulati. Dr Gulati was so gentle, patient, and kind especially during my filling. I'm a brand new client and can't rave enough. Thank you so much. Client for life and will recommend to all my friends.

I have been a customer of this location for years and over the years the customer service had declined drastically to the point where they you constantly get an answering machine during business hours and people don't return phone calls. They were suppose to call me when my crown came into make an appointment but they didn't. When I called to follow up the front desk representative AND the manager had to put me on hold for 30 minutes to determine the simple answers to my question. (It wasnt until I called them that they took an interest into my crown delivery). I had to take off work (because the hours are not conducive for a school for a school teacher) for the appt to input the crown, scheduled it for 8am but my 8am no one had unlocked the front doors. By 8:05 the door were finally open and by 8:20 I still had not been seen by a doctor or an assistant . The workers stared their computers were down but if there are several appt at 8 then common practice would say workers can't show up at 8 and be ready to take patients at 8 regardless if there was a computer issue or not. By 8:28 I was finally taken back into a room and asked if I was here just for X-rays. They didn't even know why I was here which is shocking because you would expect that people who are collecting insurance and customer money would have an idea to why an individual has made an appointment and is sitting in the dentist chair. I got a bib placed on at 8:35, my prework prior to the doctor at 8:46 and I finally got to see the doctor at 8:57 for my 8am appointment. Again, it is not just this one incident, it's been repeated I incidents over the past couple of years that show a clear pattern. (I don't have the energy to do rehash them. I have stayed in the hope that it gets better but clearly by my experience today it hasn't. The front office staff seems to get frustrated when held account by patients. However, I think the front office and the company forget that while they are frustrated they are still making money while when I have to wait and be frustrated by the lack of concern and customer service then I am just loosing out of money. Spend your money, copay, time and insurance with another dental company. You will be thankful in the long run as it will save you time, frustration and headache.

Got a Rando bill in the mail from them. I have two types of dental insurance and I also paid for my visit when I came in. Then I get this bill showing up in the mail. Called office twice now and left messages for the office manager regarding submitting them to insurance. I called insurances they haven't received these bills. Try Dr. Brandemore and Esthetic & Integrative dental in st Pete. That's where I go now.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. I schedule an appointment for 1/22/21 got a confirmation from the assistant. I go to my appointment come to find out there isn't any doctors on site that day and they have school. I never received a phone call to reshulde my appointment or advised me to cancel my appointment. The sad thing is this was the SECOND time this has happen. I spoke with the assistant at the front desk she didn't acknowledge my frustration or seem to care I was inconvenienced. All she mention you have to reschedule. Never come here worst customer experience. I have already found a new doctor.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. I called as a new patient to schedule a cleaning about 3 weeks in advance. When I got there, they told me I was there for a consultation and said they couldn't squeeze me in for a cleaning. To make matters worse, the dentist looked at my teeth for, no exaggeration, 20-30 seconds and considered it a comprehensive exam and submitted the claim to insurance! I even provided my own x-rays since I'm pregnant and can't get them taken. Now I have to go through the headache of appealing to insurance so I don't get billed since I had to go to another dentist to actually get my teeth cleaned. I called multiple times to resolve the issue but the staff would not work with me and Arlene never returned my call so I had to chase her around. Complete waste of time and a horrible experience! I would never recommend to anyone.
