This has to have been the worst dentist i have ever been to. I have not ever had a more difficult time having to just make an appointment and they are actually ridiculous. Please get better costumer service because clearly you guys don't know how to do your job correctly. Will NOT be recommending them at all please find a different dentist.

Everyone worked with me to get to the best outcome. I like the staff and Dr. Maggie is awesome. Tells you every step of the way what she's doing to keep you at ease. It works! I recommend them to everyone I know.

The dentist, Dr. Maggie Bressler is great. Very friendly. The whole staff, including the office staff are very nice and personable. I have had a lot of appts. and adjustments on my dentures. Everytime I leave there they just get better. This has been a long journey for me. And I am looking forward to the end of this journey. I believe Dr. Bressler will make sure I am happy with the outcome. It has been very easy for me to get an appt. when I needed one. They are very accommodating. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Seems like they do not overbook, which is great. I have been very satisfied so far with the whole experience.

The best staff, so friendly and helpful. Had a great treatment with Tiffany and she was so gentle with the deep gum penetration I couldn't believe it was so quick and easy even though it was my entire mouth! Very little discomfort whatsoever. I highly recommend this practice.

Friendly staff! Great service! Went in for a follow up routine. Would like to make an appreciation comment,in particular to my last visit, about Donia! Sometimes staff personnel need to know & hear feedback of how well of a job they are doing!! Donia, was super relaxed with no rush attending me despite that it was a short office day! She was attentive, friendly, seemed genuinely concerned about my issues, explained every procedure/process step by step and calmed my anxiety! I think she really is great at what she does, genuinely cares about the patient and patient's concerns!! Again, this location has an awesome staff full of amazing personnel!

This was a first visit to Smile Design on Pinehurst in Spring Hill and I was pleasantly surprised in part because they fit me in within days of my call even though this was not an emergency. I was welcomed warmly when I came in and once I gave the new patient information form I was taken with minimum delay and on time. Christina, the technician who took me in, was efficient and thorough, friendly and comforting. Dr. Bressler was warm and efficient and very personable. I felt like they all knew me although we had never met. I look forward to my cleaning appointment next week.

This practice is fabulous. I've referred friends and they are now patients. They work with you, keep you informed and make each visit easy. Dentistry, not being the most pleasurable thing, is more comfortable in this practice.

First time at this office & my experience there was a positive one!! The staff & doctor super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there! I'd had an unexpected complex dental work done & during the whole time the dr and assistant always made sure I was ok and comfortable. But, I was really in shock when the Dr. herself took time out of her personal day & called me directly to check up on me! I've never had a Dr/dentist themselves call me directly & to me that alone is worth the 5 star rating!! If your in need of dental assistance this is the place!! Don't hesitate and give them a call and chance!!

The endodontist needs to find a new profession. She is not good with people. God help you if you need to be seen by her. I had been going to this practice for years and thought the dentist was so-so. The hygienists were great. Constantly replacing staff. Taking my family elsewhere.

The most friendly staff you will ever meet. They are a super busy place so be sure to schedule cleanings way in advance. Worth the wait.

"My Smile", I've always been told that it could light a room or just made people feel better . Moving to Florida in 2003 I had 32 teeth. After Many dentist with Thousands of dollars I lost EVERY One of them. Feeling despondent that I'd NEVER have a Good dentist again Until I went to Smile Design Dentistry and met the Most Friendly receptionists Crystal and Amber Love them! Then I was Blessed to meet Jeni and Dr. Maggie Bressler & WOW they Really care about helping me to smile with confidence again. A Big Thank You to all who have made going to the dentist exciting again!

I have broken teeth I want extracted. They will only do a full mouth pull and dentures for $23,000. I called and asked to get the broken teeth pulled as I want to do it slowly as I have other issues to take care of orthopedic wise. Well I was told they don't do piece work, they'll only do the whole thing. So now I need another dentist and more x-rays. Don't go here unless you have alot of time and money to do the whole mouth. Don't believe them, I was there. Under married name.

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at this Dentistry. They gave me an appointment for May 18th at 2:00 I go in there and she says we don't have you on the schedule and we don't even have a hygienist here after I drove 35 minutes to get here and been waiting for 6 months in between cleanings. Then they tell me they can't get me in until October I'm very disappointed very frustrated and definitely will be shopping around elsewhere for a new dentist.

I was at the office when M BRENNAN made a fool out of herself. I was in the room next to her when I herd her being very rude to the worker. The girl was talking to her very nicely and then I would here Mrs Brennan shouting at the worker. Then I heard her go up front and make a complaint that the worker was rude to her. No! You made a fool of yourself Brennan! And you are rude! You don't treat people like that Karin! Where is Will Smith when you need him?

Been going there two years every time I go to get my teeth cleaned there is always a new person. Today's hygienist proceeded to ask me about some kind of mouth wash that was supposedly offered to me by two other people which I had no idea what she was talking about. Then she started talking to me about my cavity's which I was never told I had cavities... I do have a two places where the enamel has worn down ( but no one said cavity) so all this and no answer to those questions.... then I say that I did not want the fluoride on my teeth this time because after having my teeth clean when that goes on they no longer feel clean. She would not listen to I don't want it ... keep telling me why I needed it in a condescending manner as if I am not of age to make my own decisions... these people don't get to know there patients your are just a paying number to them
