How unfortunate they make you wait 30 to 40 minutes after your appointment time before bringing you in. They have scheduled appointments months in advance and canceled on me a week before saying the person your scheduled with is taking a vacation. Yesterday I called to confirm my appointment today Sept 27, and they said all good, then calling me two hours before my time and said they are closing due to the weather. It's cloudy but no rain and no wind. So now I'm looking for a new dentist after 12 years.

I felt comfortable during the procedure and it was virtually pain free! The staff was very friendly and patiently answered any questions I had.

I had a very good experience with Smile design. A ll of the employees have been very friendly and experienced. The hygisentist is professional and gave me ideas to help my teeth cleaning that others have not. Look forward to a long experience with them.

if you can go anywhere else, please don't go there. Their office does not have their stuff together. Their billing has no clue either. They try to charge you for upgrades that are not covered by insurance and put you on the spot to PAY MORE out of pocket as soon as you get there just to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you, which is a disgusting practice in my opinion. Don't go there, especially if you're not rich and you can't afford to pay for a bunch of unnecessary implants or crowns, that's all they want to do. saving teeth via cheaper alternatives like fillings is not an option for them. An appointment for an everyday person middle class with insurance is a complete waste of time. They wanted to charge me nearly $200 for a cleaning that should've been covered by my dental insurance also wanted to charge my husband an additional $50 for a canceled confirmed appointment If two different people in the same household have an appointment the same day "I'm calling to confirm your dentist appointment on Friday" doesn't suffice as a confirmation. when your speaking to a woman confirming "your" appointment for a man I wouldn't say that is confirmed either, I confirmed my appointment via phone call text message. The scheduling department is so bad they don't even use the patients name when confirming. Sorry a supposed missed appointment is on you in that case. I walked out I don't tolerate such bad business, neither should you. Don't feel bad if it doesn't seem right you should also leave. If you do happen to go there always match your billing with your insurance benefits. This is a nickel and dime type of company with gimmicky billing practices and to me it seems as if they want to charge you as an individual then bill insurance and collect that way as well. Buyer Beware!!!

Wow, the changes made to the office have made a great improvement! Staff very friendly, courteous , professional and prompt. This has been the best visit I've had (and I've hated the dentist all my life). Definitely 5 full stars!

I love this office so I'm giving them a 10 for each person. Dr. Bessada, it took me a while to find you but I'm so glad I did. Great work, very kind, gentle.and caring.

Dr.B is theeee best ever!!! Hygienists Ezra is theeee best too! All of the staff is very friendly and helpful!! I have been a patient w them for 5 years and am extremely grateful & appreciative!!

I don't have anything bad to say about this office. Everyone that I dealt with were friendly and respectable. The dentist was in and out pretty quick but he wasn't unkind or rude or anything. Heather the front office lady was nice, Jennifer who did my xrays was nice and ezra who cleaned my teeth was nice. I don't like dental offices and this place made me feel comfortable.

This office really listens to the patient!! Had a deep cleaning,and had a very good experience! I'm not into pain in my mouth and Amanda made sure there wasn't any! Great place. Actually looking forward to next appointment next week!
