I was very please with my visit. Jodi was assistant me on Oct, 27,2022 she was very helpful and kind. she was very careful doing her work when it comes to do xray etc. She also was able to explain what the doctor told her what had to be done on my behave. I will keep going to this office the doctor was very good also. The staff are very friendly and kind.

Best experience I have ever had in a dentist office. Carmen and Jodi kept me laughing - it lifted away any anxiety. Dr. Voltarel was remarkable.

Carmen was very gentle during x-rays and is very sweet..definitely going to keep scheduling appointments with her, she makes it a comfortable experience.

I found Smile Design through my dental insurance & am so glad I did! This is one of the happiest places I have ever been to! Between Kiara, Carmen, Michelle, Jodi, Karina & of course Dr. Mark, I feel like I have known them for years! They explain in detail what they are going to do, they make sure I am comfortable (as comfortable as you can be at the dentist office) & kept informed. Thank you @smiledesigndentistry

Most horrific dental experience I've ever had and he had the nerve to mention bad reviews online. Said I had a cracked tooth, I do not. Also quote was outrageously ridiculous with no explanation or plan. I was in tears and was offered no comfort. This guy is a scammer, always get a second opinion!!!

Horrible experience. I let them start with four fillings, went home, started to get feeling back and noticed my bite was extremely off. I had filling material sticking out of the cracks of my teeth. I tried to floss and I couldn't even get the floss between my teeth without it breaking. I went to bed and woke up to one of the fillings falling out. I called the office (it was on a Friday morning that the filling fell out) Michelle answered and was inconsiderate and rude about my situation. I went back to get my filling fixed that next Wednesday because the dentist was out of town and to also get my bite re-adjusted from the first sloppy mess that they had done. They "completed" the job and I told them my bite still felt off. They informed me I was overly sensitive and that's just how my bite is (mind you I would bite down and only feel the two teeth touching and hardly any of my other teeth). They told me to give it some time. I gave it about a month to heal while the whole time being in severe pain. I scheduled another appointment went in and he looked at the X-Ray's the dentist said everything looked fine, but I persisted it wasn't because I was still in a severe amount of pain. I did a bite strip and the dentist said "oh yeah, it is off by only a little bit", which it's still not fixed. I get home to see he ground down the pointy part of my back molar, not the filling, leaving it rough and uncomfortable with noticeable drill marks. If you want a dentist office that cuts you off and doesn't listen to your concerns, then this is the place for you. The work is sloppy and rushed. It's very apparent that they're trying to get you out of the chair to move on to next client. I'm very disappointed in the overall work that was done on my mouth based of the years of "experience".

Highly recommend! Jodi is awesome, incredibly friendly, and helpful. This is my second visit and I was not disappointed. Excited to follow my treatment plan and have a beautiful smile.

I was impressed with how Carmen and the dentist took the time to explain everything to me. They took me through the process of getting dentures and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would refer this office to anyone. The whole staff And office personnel are very courteous and helpful.

Went for my first visit today. The dentist Mark Voltarel DMD was awesome. He is so friendly and has a great bed side manor.From the time I walked in their front door in Orange, City Fl I was treated like I had been going there for years. And the Dental assistant, Carmen was friendly and knew her job. Thanks to everyone there for making my first time there comfortable and a great first time visit

My mom recommended that I schedule my dental exam here and I was not disappointed. Ellen, at the front desk, was very friendly and reached out to me prior to my appointment to confirm and have me fill out my paperwork. This saved me time, which I really appreciated. Carmen took my x-rays and was super friendly and made me feel comfortable by telling jokes and giving me chapstick during the process. Jodi was also very friendly, and I could tell by her interaction with Carmen that the staff are like family and that extends to the patient as well. Doctor Voltarel and Carmen took extra time to look at a particular tooth that was bothering me, and I appreciated the extra care they took rather than brushing off the concern I had or taking that as an opportunity to start recommending extra procedures. I was also pleasantly surprised that they tried to schedule my cleaning as soon as possible rather than months out. When I was leaving, I met Michelle at the front desk and she was also very friendly. If you're someone who has had negative experiences in the past, you will not be disappointed scheduling your appointments here.

The staff is friendly Dr Voltare and Carmen was excellent, Carmen is a wonderful person.
