I truly cannot say enough good things about this practice and Dr. Joe. Each time I come in, I leave with nothing but positivity--and better teeth! Called this morning with some tooth pain and I was able to make a same day appointment. Dr. Joe and his team are professional, friendly, and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Came back to work and told everyone I saw about Smile Design--I absolutely recommend. Thanks for all you do!

I have a severe fear of dentists due to past experiences. After becoming physically disabled, in comas, and on medication that ruined my teeth, my teeth were breaking off. I am terrified of hospitals, medical facilities and medical people (PTSD from medical trauma) and I was terrified to get my teeth fixed. This dentist was the BEST! Over the course of many months he and his staff were very patient and I got 2 upper bridges, 4 crowns in front and a partial for the lower missing back teeth. The office figured out a way to do the work over 2 years, so it didn't cost me as much, and they gave me a discount...THANKS so much! I love my teeth! This dentist and staff are EXCEPTIONAL and will help you through the process.

This was the best dentist I have ever seen. He explained everything so I understood, my very diverse issues. His office staff were very nice and I felt comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

I couldnt have picked a better place to go. Needed dentures, had 14 teeth pulled, hardly any pain that night and no swelling. Imaging that. I just went for fitting and they looked like the real dentures. I was so emotional and started crying. I get my dentures in another week. Dr Joe, you are my hero! You helped me smile again I cant thank you enough and your whole team!! I love you all!

This place is nothing short of AMAZING!! From the front desk to seeing the Dr our ( me and my children ) experience was flawless. Cristal was the star of the show she was attentive with a smile on her face to me and my children, communicating amongst us so every one was comfortable:) she also does an phenomenal job with the teeth cleanings!!! I appreciate Smile Design of Palm Harbor!

I spent 30 years dealing with a deep seated fear of going to the Dentist. Finally it got to the point that I couldn't push it off any longer. So I bit the bullet and scheduled an appointment with the closest Dentist to my house. Boy did I luck out. Every single person in this office has nothing but your best interest in mind. They are friendly, courteous, and just great people I have no stress, anxiety, or feelings of fear at all. I love the atmosphere. I love the people. But most of all, I love how I'm treated and taken care of. I will NEVER EVER consider another Dentist. If you aren't currently seeing Dr. Joe and his staff, you are seriously wasting your time. Make that appointment now.

Had an appointment today to have a crown replaced. I can't say enough good things about the Staff starting with my dentist Dr Youssef the office manager Petros Crystal CRDH Sherry and of course Ileana and Alexa's. They are very kind and professional.

You never know what to expect going to a new dental practice, but my experience was outstanding! From the friendly, welcoming and efficient front desk staff to the assistant Mari, who made me feel at ease and at home, to "Dr. Joe" who makes you feel like you've known him forever, to Crystal, the hygienist, who gave me the best cleaning I've had in years, this dental practice left me saying WOW!

Friendly, warm, caring and professional staff. My first time coming to Smile Design, and my expectations were exceeded. Everyone worked efficiently to establish me as a new patient and get me the care that I needed. Very positive experience. I will be a returning patient. Crystal is the best dental hygienist I have ever experienced. Extremely thorough, patient and passionate about her vocation. Literally walked out with a sense of ease. I knew I came to the right place. Thank you all!

I went here a few months ago in hopes of finding a good dentist in the area. The staff was friendly and nice my only concern was the actual dentist and has knowledges he was extremely pushy wanted to do the procedure right there and then Barely check my teeth barely explain anything. And told me I only have time to do the procedure today I am busy the rest of the week. I end up leaving the office as I don't like to be forced to do something and I end up going TWO other dentist and they both told me I was fine all I need was a cleaning. So bottom line do your research smile design has sales they need to meet so they will push a lot of things on you when it's not needed. Remember it's your teeth and your mouth and your hard work money or insurance.

I was so nervous seeing a new dentist, my mouth was such a mess and I needed so much work done. I was afraid they would judge me. NEVER! I was treated so kind by every person I was in contact with. Dr. Joe was great and I would like to say each person individually but I don't know if I have all their names right, here goes.. Alexis, Peitro,(sp?) Mari, Ileana. I know I am missing someone Dr. Joe was so kind and he had me bring in pictures to help make my mouth look like it used to and I feel he did better! I can't stop smiling and it feels fantastic when someone notices the difference. I have referred friends and family to this office and will continue to do it.

Dr. Joe and the whole staff at Smile Design are phenomenal! Super friendly and treat you like family. The office is very clean and they take preventative measures for Covid seriously. I am super happy that I found such a caring and meticulous dentist!!

Dr.Riad I am disgusted what do I need to do!!! I was inpatient at Mease Morton Plant for removal of a cerebral aneurysm and Petros called me , I hung up. My fiancee however in anger called him back and said she's in the hospital and he lied and said I made an appt. and didn't show. I have made no appointments. I have my discharge papers. Will get an atty. I have another aneurysm to be removed. This man is harassing me I have not and never will make another appt. I was in the medical field for 22 yrs. and have great medical ethics. This is a sick man to harass a 64 yr old woman who is disabled, I will have a law suit. So ,Angel I have never made an appt. !!!!!! But I will contact my atty. This is now harass ment . I will fax Angel my discharge records. change my review I have discontinued coming to your office due to your phony office manager Petros. The last time I was in, the hygienist who was working on making repairs on my new plate was trying to work with me and he was behind me waving his hands for her to stop working with me. Little did this arrogant money hungry man know I could see him clearly through the window. So I never went back. He is immature, rude and now after your office closes I receive calls that come up on my ID Dr. Riad that hang up. I have received 8 so far and my husband is witness to this. I have a brain aneurysm and I will contact the police with my caller ID. Petros is a sick person.

The entire office is very welcoming. I have been to other dentists and always ended up unhappy with the experience. Cristal is the best hygienist you could hope for! She is quick, thorough and recognizes and takes into consideration your apprehension. Somehow she remembers what you discussed at your last appointment and it's like catching up with your long time friend. I have had many procedures with this office and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an A+ experience. Recently had a wisdom tooth pulled and the doctor himself called me to see how I was doing. I work in the medical field and I know this RARELY happens and is just part of the extra you will get with this office.

I have had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Youssef Riad. He is very professional, kind, welcoming, timely and comforting. He explains the procedures well with excellent patient care. He has a delicate touch and his work is excellent. I thank him for his wonderful service and care. His staff and office manager are kind and helpful as well. I give him my highest recommendation.
